This amazingly stunning brick loft apartment has everything you desire just in the midst of downtown Sacramento. You will be delighted to know that you are steps away from the Golden 1 Center, Downtown Commons mall, Old Sacramento, the CA Capitol Center Museum, and many restaurants that are in walking distance such as Sauced BBQ, Backbone Cafe, Echo & Rig, Punch Bowl Social, and Morton’s Steakhouse just to name a few. If you are a donut lover, check out Danny’s mini donuts!
Our chic loft is located in its own building amongst multiple businesses where you will see numerous people checking out the block’s infamous street art. This unit is newly renovated with wood floors, brick walls, washer/dryer, multi-head shower, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, large closet space, and a patio to relax and drink wine plus more. On the patio, there is a ladder that takes you to the rooftop to visualize art or for peace of mind. This spacious one bedroom loft apartment has a queen sized bed, but also a SUPER queen-sized couch with a pull out twin sized bed in the living room that can accommodate multiple guests. You will get to enjoy the luxury of (2) large TV’s (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room) with cable, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, Netflix, Hulu and many more streamable channels. There is a security touchpad that allows you to let up guests or any deliveries made to you. We have a dining table for three, two bar stools, and two accent chairs for extra seating. We also provide tons of kitchenware including, pots, pans, silverware, bowls, glasses, and cooking utensils if you love to cook. In the bedroom we also have a desk if you need to work from home or just want to relax and read a book with a glass of wine. We have meter street parking and a parking lot next door that charges $10-20 per day. Downtown Sacramento is a very safe and busy city. You are bound to see homeless people, but they are no bother to anyone, and also, in this location, since it is busy, you are bound to hear potential noise.
You are in the heart of downtown where everything is literally in walking distance. If you’re a person(s) that loves to walk and explore, shop, and/or eat, you are definitely in the right place.

Surrounding the hotel is countless businesses and outdoor sites as it is located in the Heart of Old Sacramento.
You’ll find plenty of things to do in Sacramento. Old Town Sacramento has enough historic attractions to spend the entire day. You’ll view historic old town hotels such as the Union Hotel which originally was named the Veranda Hotel and was used extensively by old town Sacramento politicians. The California State Railroad Museum might be the finest vintage railroad museum in the United States. Among the many large exhibits under roof is a Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe railroad dining car from the Fred Harvey era. They also have a mail car from the Great Northern Railway. All of these exhibits allow you to walk through and see everything close up. Another rare exhibit among the steam locomotives is the Governor Stanford, which was one of the first locomotives purchased by the old Central Pacific Railroad. The Central Pacific Railroad was the western leg of the transcontinental railroad completed in 1869. When you’re strolling around Sacramento old town you’ll also see the unique Tower Bridge. This is a vertical lift bridge that crosses the Sacramento River was dedicated in 1935 and in 1982 was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

Best location in the heart of the city: 4 blocks from CA Capitol, 2 blocks from the Golden1 Center (home of NBA's Sacramento Kings), close to great eateries, shopping, entertainment and more. Walk or bike! Look west after RiverCats games (SFGiants AAA); you might see fireworks from your 9th floor private balcony! Truly, a first-class condominium. Newly remodeled with beautiful furniture, fixtures, and fine amenities. Gym, pool, sauna, hot tub. Very secure high-rise building. Private parking.
This unit, #901, is nearly identical to our condo one floor below. (See listing, "The Crows' Nest #801" and its five-star ratings.) The Lookout is beautiful and comfortable; designed for the executive seeking comfort and convenience (or an elegant getaway!).
This is truly the best location for visiting downtown Sacramento. Park the car and leave it! So much is accessible by walking or grabbing a JUMP bike! There are very few privately-owned condominiums available in downtown and our guests tell us ours are among the finest.
