Escape to a comfortable basement suite in a 1928 brick home. This urban oasis is centrally located in a residential neighborhood just northeast of downtown, near highway for traveling to the airport or mountains; and 5-10 minute driving distance from LoDo, RiNo, breweries, downtown, & other shopping, dining, & entertainment, City Park, Zoo, & Nature and Science museum. Private bathroom, free parking, extra amenities, large back yard and shared deck for relaxing and dining (weather permitting).
Relax in your own private space or enjoy shared outdoor deck/patio. Your suite includes all the amenities you need, and provides a quiet escape to read, watch TV, or get ready for your day or night out. Indulge in a nice hot shower in your own luxury bathroom.
The Cole neighborhood is a residential "up-and-coming" neighborhood next to the popular RiNo district, which is more industrial. You may notice construction in and around the neighborhoods as Denver is growing very rapidly and we have several big projects underway, including a highway expansion. We are easy driving/biking distance to other neighborhoods, a lot of new restaurants, shops, art galleries, breweries, dispensaries, and music venues--notably the Mission Ballroom, which opened August 2019. Easily accessible via main streets and highways. Many homes in our neighborhood were built in the early 1900s. The closest neighborhood bars you can walk to are NOLA and Jack Rabbit Slim's; the closest coffee shop is Rivers and Roads. Also nearby are the Whittier Cafe, Crema, and Prodigy. The RiNo neighborhood, next door to Cole, is a craft beer mecca, growing rapidly and you will find lots of new businesses and places to explore around Larimer, Market, and Blake Streets, and Brighton Boulevard. Check out the street art covering the buildings in RiNo. These are commissioned each year as part of CRUSH: http://crushwalls.org.
  • Beautiful, comfortable and cozy space. first time in Denver and it was an amazing experience to stay just outside downtown in this beautiful airbnb. Amy and Eric make the room very welcoming and you very much feel at home.

    Marlene2019-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • We had a brief but very nice stay. The basement was very cozy, as advertised, and Amy stocked the fridge with beer and gave suggestions for places to eat and drink. She also shared her home to a generous degree and we spent a an enjoyable night socializing.

    Gwyn2016-05-24T00:00:00Z
  • Amy and Eric were laid back and friendly. Their neighborhood and area in general seemed easy to bike and quiet—all while being super close to the down town. Their yard, and the room was very nicely decorated and extremely functional with added touches like a little coffee maker and some fruit and snacks.

    Anna2016-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • Amy and Eric are just fabulous! I arrived direct from Australia and their hospitality and care were just what I needed. Their thoughtfulness in the room preparation, down to snacks and vitamin C boosters, and beer in the fridge were most appreciated. The local shops so close to home were very handy. As they say, it is very quiet at their place, and snuggled down in the very typical Denver basement you hear even less. I totally recommend staying with them .. You will love it.

    Caristia2016-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • I really loved the location of this place. It was so close to cool neighborhoods like RiNo and LoDo. I didn’t have much interaction with Amy, which I’m totally fine with, but when we did she was very nice! Great value.

    Andrea2018-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay! It was nice to have our own private space with a bathroom. Everything was great! Amy and Eric were great, very friendly and helpful! I would definitely book their place again!

    Carla2016-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • Amy and Eric are really nice people!!! They help us a lot to make plans for the NYE. Basement is clean and comfortable. Thank you guys!!!!

    Jorge Alberto2017-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • Amy's place is easily the best airbnb I have stayed in. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the modern/industrial styling and artwork in the basement bedroom, and the bathroom and shower were even more spacious than we could have hoped for. Amy goes above and beyond to make sure the room is well-accommodated. Everything we could have asked for and more was available for us during our stay. Oh, and the bed was so comfortable we often did not want to leave it! I highly recommend Amy's place and would gladly stay there again.

  • Great value and convenient location. This place is excellent for those of us looking for somewhere comfortable to lay our heads after a long day.

    Corey2019-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • This space was great for our short stay in Denver. Very good location and check-in/out process was easy. Only negative was the lack of any flexibility from host on check-out time. But otherwise, it was was a great value and pretty comfortable stay.

    Hannah2019-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great place in the River North district of Denver. Didn’t take more than 15 minutes to get to other spots around Denver, and easy to get on the highway to go to Red Rocks and Golden, CO. No a/c in the basement so it got really hot when we were there in August, but otherwise great place.

    Emily2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean space, cute. No noise issues or anything during my stay. Would definitely recommend especially when if you want to stay close to downtown Denver

    Alexandria2019-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy little basement in great location

    Wes2019-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • The basement apartment is spacious, well equipped, and clean. The bed is noteworthy and very comfortable. The airconditioner worked well to cool the apartment and an additional fan is provided. Having a washer/dryer available is a plus. The separate entrance is great, but the basement cannot be locked off from the main level of the house. Scott was excellent and fast with all communications, before and during my stay. It is easy to recommend this place to others.

    Eric2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • He has a clean house. I’d love to book on your airbnb on my next trip in Denver. Thank you so much.

  • Cute space in upcoming area. Clean space, responsive host, close to local restaurants, cafe, rooftops, park (if you have children). Overall Avery nice stay. I would come back!

Enjoy a spacious, private guest room in the basement of our family home. With plenty of space for two, you'll have a warm welcome and two whole floors separating you from the bedroom of our 6 year-old twin boys. Woohoo! Please Note: Starting 4/1/18, Airbnb will collect Colorado sales tax (4%) AND the newish Denver Lodger's Tax (10.75%) when you book. We are therefore lowering our nightly base price to $42, also effective 4/1/18, to ease slightly the pain of this new tax.
Our beautiful Victorian home was built in 1901, and we lovingly renovated it ourselves over the span of four years. Now, it is a warm and welcoming space, filled with books, art, the smells of cooking, and the laughter of our twin boys. We have two guest rooms in our basement that we rent out. Pied-a-terre features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a desk with chair, and armoire with hangers and drawers, and built in bookshelves filled with jigsaw puzzles. There are bamboo floors, comfortable bedding, and shared access to a renovated bathroom with laundry facilities inside. We are raising our twin boys to be country kids in an urban space: they spend most of their time barefoot, half-naked, and digging in the yard. We have an elaborate garden in the summer, and several of our neighbors raise chickens. Your hosts are avid readers and conversationalists, interested in cooking, energy efficiency, public policy, international development, politics, travel, home improvement, building vertical gardens, and Chinese calligraphy. Just, you know, not so much since the boys were born.
Our neighborhood is a lively mixture of families, young couples, and the elderly. The area is quickly transitioning and gentrifying, and it comes with all the associated circumstances. Our family is very happy here, and we embrace our urban location. We take our boys to the park, let them play outside, and say hello to all our neighbors. We also live on a very friendly block, where everyone knows each other and gets along great. Our area is residential and doesn't offer many restaurants or bars, but it is just a short drive from all the best spots in the city. On foot, you can visit a 7-11, a liquor store, a couple of taquerias, a nice little New Orleans bar with pretty good food, and an asian grocery store. And soon, we hear, an Ace Hardware, woohoo. :)
  • Très bon séjour.

    Marion2018-09-17T00:00:00Z

  • Aaron and Mallori were very accommodating, and let us swing by before check in to drop off our things, which was very appreciated! The keypad on the front door made coming and going very easy and felt very secure. Really cute home - loved the details!

    Katie2018-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Simple room and bed, good for a quick night in town passing through. The mattress was not too comfortable for me and it was very noisy with any movement, so that was the only downside for me. Cute house, easy access, good location, and good communication from hosts. Can't beat the price!

    Haley2019-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Aaron & Mallori were great hosts. They accommodated us extremely last minute right before a blizzard in Denver and we ain't never gone forget that. Also, their dog is the cutest and sweetest boy you will ever meet and also the protector of the land. Much love.

    Vanessa2019-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • Aaron and Mallori’s Airbnb was perfect for what I needed! I had a 2 day conference in downtown, and it was the perfect space for one guest. It was quiet, and they even provided a hair dryer as I forgot to bring mine! Thank you, Aaron and Mallorie!

    Denise2018-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great place to stay! My friend and I last minute decided to head to Denver for a night and Aaron and Mallori were super responsive to help us book. The space is very clean and Aaron had great local recommendations! The location is ideal for anyone wanting an affordable location super close to everything in Denver. Would definitely recommend for an individual or two looking for a quick stay in town!

    Shaill2019-03-31T00:00:00Z
  • Comfortable room in a cozy house, great location for seeing lots of Denver’s hotspots downtown. Aaron and Mallori are very gracious as hosts. If you’re thinking about staying here, stop thinking and just do it you won’t be disappointed!

    Seth2019-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful! They were able to accommodate us last minute. When we arrived they were very hospitable, allowing me to print out my tickets that I left at home! Very easy to talk to and quick replies to everything! Clean, comfortable, and very kind :) Thank you both and Banner!

    Samantha2018-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Aaron and Mallori were great hosts. Communication and check in was quick and easy. Both are very amiable people and you gotta love the dog!;) The interior of the house is very high quality and fashionable, all hand-renovated by Aaron, kudos!! Located a bit outside downtown, near the bluemoon brewery and a great wholefoods-style grocery shop. You'll reach the inner city easily via a short uber-ride (6-8$) Would totally recommend!

Hello and thank you for checking out my home! ***Please review the entire listing before booking (specifically location, neighborhood & amenities) in order to ensure my place will suit your accommodation requirements.*** I have a bright, quaint, 1 bd/1 ba house in the Globeville neighborhood of Denver. 1.5 miles from downtown, 5 minutes from the heart of the RiNo neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Platte River Trail that links up to metro-wide trails. Best suited for a solo traveler or couple.
I am very excited to offer you my space as I worked very hard to create a unique, comfortable, eclectic environment that reflects the unique and eclectic place that is Globeville. This 120 year-old house has everything you need to feel at home. Pine wood floors throughout, a full kitchen with vintage gas stove, Antique cast iron farmhouse sink, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, but no dishwasher. Kitchen is stocked with coffee and Tea as well as a coffeemaker, french press & kettle. Enter the cozy bedroom through the French doors to the comfortable queen bed. A window AC unit is installed in the summer months, as well as ceiling fans in the house and standing fans for your use. Bathroom has a shower/tub and comes stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap & body wash. As well as other bathroom essentials. There is a hair dryer for use as well. The living room has a Flat screen TV with Hulu and Netflix & Amazon, and the house has WiFi. There is a small patio space in the back yard with a table and chairs where I ask people to smoke, if they smoke as there is no smoking allowed in the house. If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to ask. There is private, off street parking for up to 2 cars. **Please Read Before Booking** I live on a street in a mixed residential-industrial neighborhood that is very busy in the daytime. With all the growth happening in Denver, the traffic on my street has increased significantly over the past few years. There are many cars and trucks traveling by during the day and has the potential to be a tad loud sometimes. HOWEVER, this is really only during the weekdays. The nights here are quiet and weekend traffic is relatively low. What this is: An edgy, funky, well loved, cozy little joint that is close to Denvers Rino district, downtown, the Platte river trail, and the National Western Stockshow complex. What this isn’t: A controlled environment. I live in a mixed-use neighborhood where small homes are tucked away amidst warehouses and railroad tracks and there is a lot of activity going on with people from all walks of life. This is just to say that if you are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the scenery and vibe of a residential/industrial neighborhood, then PLEASE consider this before booking. I have worked very hard to provide a clear overview of my home and so if there are any questions, please just ask. That said, I hope you choose to stay here. I love this neighborhood, and it has a large part of my heart as does this City. I would love to share this space with you.
Globeville is a small, historic neighborhood near the Platte river and has long been neglected in the shadow of Downtown. That said, there is a great deal of pride for those who live here as the residents of Globeville have fought hard (with mixed results) against industry and developers who would just as soon knock it down and start over. This place is rich with history and character. You will find all walks of life in this classic urban residential-industrial neighborhood. Where some see grit and disorder, we see home and families living their lives. This is a place for people who want the full experience of Denver, not just a re-paved, redeveloped, sterilized version of it.
  • Brooke is an awesome host and truly goes out of her way to meet your needs and to ensure a great stay. She checked in on us daily and even brought me a phone charger bc mine broke. Cute, stylish, spacious and affordable BnB. Highly recommend!

    Caitlyn2019-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • This house was amazing! We stayed for four nights and couldn't have been happier. Very cozy and well kept. Super easy to drive or Uber to a lot of great spots around Denver. Brooke also had some great suggestions for local spots around town. I highly recommend staying here!

    Brian2018-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • I absolutely loved staying at Brooke’s place. It is even more spacious and welcoming than pictured. Brooke is a fantastic host—extremely flexible, accommodating, and communicative. I was in town for a conference held downtown, and transportation was very cheap (about $5-$8 per shares lyft ride). I also walked to the RiNo district easily each morning (in about 45 minutes). In other words, getting around from Brooke’s is easy and cheap, even without a car. Brooke went above and beyond in providing things like frozen dinners, ground coffee, and cream. The stay is well worth the price, and I highly recommend booking your Denver trip with Brooke!

    Em2019-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • Hands down best value in Denver. Host is absolutely amazing and very helpful. The description in the listing is very accurate. The house is very spacious and has a great funky shabby-chic vibe. So fun. Mattress is a little on the firm side, but I still slept well. Great access to the Mission Ballroom. Thanks!

    Andy2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Wish I could have stayed at Brooke’s place since she was extremely helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend just for that reason!

    Kayla2018-12-18T00:00:00Z
  • The house was amazing for our four-day stay! Less than a mile from some great shops and eateries. The home itself is adorable, with the decor being homely and beautiful. Overall, I would absolutely stay at the Globeville gem again. Thanks Brooke!

    Cheyenne2019-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Very adorable, warm and cozy. The street is a little loud, but I don't mind things like that. Loved the candles and plants everywhere!

Cute one bedroom duplex right in the heart of the RiNo Art District. Within walking distance from the Blake street light rail station and to restaurants and shops on Larimer. 420 and dog friendly.
This neighborhood is unique and full of art. Enjoy a stroll down Larimer to sight see and enjoy the restaurants and shops. The duplex is located right next door to the RiNo Beer Garden and several breweries so enjoy a night out and a short walk or shared ride home.
  • We enjoyed our weekend at Justine’s place! Great area, we could walk to lots of shops and restaurants! Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well stocked. Great value compared to local hotels!

Cozy, inviting space with everything you need! Small loft above garage in back of my home. One Queen bed and sofa. Close to RiNo Arts district, about 15 minute walk to light rail line to DIA. Plenty of street parking. Large deck attached with French doors opening to deck space for your enjoyment and relaxation.
About 310 square feet intimate space. Considering the size, it fits everything! Large TV and sound system to chill in, if you like. Close to all that RiNo area offers. Easy to get downtown, RiNo, Stapleton, Cherry Creek. North of Downtown Denver. Heat and A/C in unit to make it comfortable and inviting. Fantastic alternative to hotel living with ability to make meals, have own outdoor space, wifi and everything you'll need to enjoy Denver! It could be tight for 3, but sleeping space can accommodate up to 3. The bathroom is open to the bedroom, but the bedroom has a door separating it from the living/dining space.
Cole neighborhood which is becoming an extension of RiNo as it grows and expands. Very convenient to any place you might be visiting or working near downtown Denver.

Sunny, comfortable home with Mid-Century Modern accents in historic neighborhood located minutes from downtown Denver, LoHi & RiNo.
This turn-of-the-century home is over 100 years old! It is one of the original row homes in Denver. The interior has been recently gutted and completely updated. Open layout with lots of light.
My home is located in the historic Globeville neighborhood of downtown Denver, one of the original neighborhoods in the city. It is across the street from a school that has a large green space with a walking trail as well as a community garden. This is a very cool neighborhood that is centrally located to downtown Denver. Globeville is situated between the River North (RiNo) neighborhood and the Highlands neighborhood which are both popular areas. From the City of Denver's website: "The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood! The district's interesting blend of urban charm and unique industrial revival makes it a great destination for visitors. Historic warehouses and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries and working studios. RiNo boasts a diverse mix of creative businesses ranging from visual artists, designers and furniture makers, to craft distillers and brewers, winemakers, creators of unique outdoor gear and small-batch coffee roasters. The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner!" "Victorian-era homes and buildings; lush gardens and parks; hip independently owned shops; art galleries; and restaurants, all make the Denver Highlands neighborhood a great destination for visitors. There are three diverse districts to discover here: Highlands Square, Tennyson Street and Lower Highland (LoHi). Boutiques, wine shops and bookstores, as well as popular restaurants and bars radiate out from Highland Square on West 32nd Avenue and Lowell Boulevard. And, in the Tennyson Street Cultural District, you can spend an afternoon browsing antique prints, photographs and paintings from Colorado artists, plus find live music venues and great ethnic foods. LoHi is characterized by a mix of old and ultra-modern architecture, some of the city's most innovative restaurants and bars, and incredible views of the Highland Bridge and downtown Denver. "
  • I could not be happier with my decision to stay at Frank's place while I was in Denver. Frank was a helpful, thoughtful host during my entire stay; when I first arrived, he took the time to show me around the city and gave me countless tips about things to do, places to visit, etc. His place was stylish, clean, and within close proximity to downtown and many of the popular neighborhoods around the city (LoHi, RiNo, etc.) There is a bus stop right next to the house that will take you directly downtown, and the light rail that operates between the airport and Union Station is only a mile away. Ubers and Lyfts are also pretty inexpensive. Although the house does not have A/C, I never felt uncomfortable, even on 90-100 degree days; the lack of humidity and the fact that Frank had fans in the bedroom made the temperature in the house very tolerable. I would not hesitate to stay at Frank's again in the future. You will be hard-pressed to find a better value for an Airbnb in the entire city.

  • Frank is an amazing host. From the moment we arrived, when he took time to show us around even though it was past 1 am in the morning, to the time we left he was attentive to our every need, and incredibly considerate and thoughtful. He gave us many useful local tips, had tea and coffee ready on hand for us at breakfast, and overall made us feel right at home. The only thing I will add here is that the room is small, and as advertised, the house has no ac (even though it stays remarkably cool given then 94 degree-ish temperatures outside), so keep that in mind as you consider the place, if these things are important to you. We were very comfortable and will return again if we revisit Denver.

  • Frank’s home is the place to stay! Clean, modern, cozy, and comfortable. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to others! Frank is also an extremely kind and thoughtful host and appreciate his hospitality. Thanks Frank!

My place is close to City Park, The Denver Zoo, Natural History Museum, and downtown. There are tons of great restaurants nearby! NOLA, Jackrabbit Slims, and Corner ramen to name a few! My home is covered in lots of great art and bathed in natural light! This listing is for one of my two upstairs bedrooms. Both rooms are available to rent. I will be living in the main floor bedroom with my dog, Rudy! Each room comes with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee pot. My place is good for anyone!
Great art, natural light, and a fully stocked library make you feel right at home! I have two bedrooms that I host through Airbnb on the top floor of my house, they share a large bathroom between them.
Great neighborhood with character close to downtown and city park! Tons of great restaurants within walking distance including NOLA, Jackrabbit Slim's, Corner Ramen, and an awesome taco truck that parks down the block!
  • Outstanding host! Ran very professionally and made me feel at home. Highly recommended!!

  • Let me tell you, if you're looking for a comfortable stay in an unbelievable home with flexible scheduling, central location, and unmatched hospitality, you are NOT going to do better than John! I had never been to Denver or knew much about my location, so I came with expected hesitation. That all melted away when John met me at the door with the best Airbnb host ever, Rudy! The room's are clean and spacious with all the amenities one would need (including coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and extra towels). The common areas are beautiful and a wonderful space to relax and escape the city bustle for an evening. John was super-accommodating, working with my weird airplane schedule and EVEN upgrading my room for a few days when space was available! He also forwarded great suggestions on what to see when I found myself with a few free hours. If you're planning a trip to the mile-high city, book early and reserve a room with John. It may very well be the best part of the trip!

    Daniel2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • John's bungalow was the perfect place to stay for my trip to Denver. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well decorated. John was kind, friendly, and super helpful.

  • Great place to stay!!

    Corey2018-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • John's place is really unique and comfortable, the bedrooms are cozy and warm, the bathroom is huge and includes 2 sinks. The backyard is really unique as well, he has a really cool patio with a swing bed and sofas to lounge around. The best thing about the place is how well John prepared the amenities. He gave you plenty of blankets, a ton of towels and even has a coffee maker and mini fridge in your own room. He basically doesn't mind when and where you go about as long as you're respectful and is always available for communication, he also recommended a couple of restaurants around the area. Also, he has an adorable and friendly dog named Rudy that always runs to you for scratches.

    Sergio2018-12-19T00:00:00Z
  • John is pretty laid back and easy to get along with (especially if you like to chill on the patio with some wine). His dog is well behaved and full of love and cuddles and is a pleasure to be around. The whole house looks just like it does in the pictures, absolutely gorgeous filled with amazing artwork and bright, welcoming colors. The back patio and backyard is fantastic! This place is absolutely perfect if you have a dog. There are places to eat and drink within walking distance, the location is really convenient. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Denver.

    Aubrey2017-05-10T00:00:00Z
  • This is by far the best airbnb in Colorado. John is the best most respectful host with an adorable home and precious dog.

    Brianna2019-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • This room is wonderfully cozy, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful decor. John and his wonderful pup Rudy are amazing hosts, always making sure you feel at home.

Overall great experience.

  • Such a cute little spot!!! I felt very safe and secure in this little trailer. Angel and Elle were so easy to communicate with and left very thoughtful touches for me when I got there! I loved the private yard, and easy parking. It was a perfect location for me while going to the Denver Gem and Mineral show!

    Stefanie2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • The host responded quickly and was thoughtful. I don't think the listing mentions that you're sleeping next to a pot farm? The pictures in the listing are all close up and do not give you a good idea of what this place really looks like. Stayed for about 20 minutes and then decided to leave this random alley in Commerce City and splurge on a hotel.

COMMON SPACES The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a range, oven, microwave, and Nuwave infrared oven, as well as a dining room and large living room with a gas stove (which you will be free to use). You will also have access to the backyard with a deck, patio, and gas grill.
Stroll down tree-lined streets full of Victorian houses in Curtis Park, or check out the murals on Larimer St. in the RiNo Arts District, a mecca for microbreweries, farm-to-fork restaurants, craft coffeehouses, cocktail lounges, and more. The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood! The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner! See the neighborhood map below to start exploring. Lonely Planet named River North one of the top 10 neighborhoods to visit in the U.S. “Even as The Mile High City expands, RiNo still clings to its punk-rock roots. You’ll find it in the street murals that seem to pop up overnight, in the experimental galleries that play open house on Friday nights, and in the innovative food halls and rockabilly microbrews that play host to the city’s young, bold and tattooed. [RiNo] is playing center stage for the resurgent arts and cultural scenes that have transformed D-Town into the cultural dynamo of the American West.”  – Greg Benchwick
  • Our stay at Daniel's home was everything we expected -- near the Rino art district, with a stylish room, easy check-in/check-out, and a dependable/responsive host. Sharing a bathroom with the connecting room was a flashback to college living but we had no issues sharing the space. Beautiful home and a great location.

    Kallias2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great stay at Daniel’s place! I had everything I needed, from toiletries, to an insane number of chargers for all my electronic devices. The bed and sheets felt so comfy and the fan worked really well in the hot weather. The super cute house stood out on the street as it is not the nicest neighbourhood, but I felt safe walking around in the daytime. It was easy to get around with a really short and cheap Lyft into town - most days, I spent around $3 a ride! Denver was such a fun city and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

    Janell2019-07-03T00:00:00Z

  • Great value near to many great food and drink options, and a short walk to the nearest rail station for getting to and from the airport. Daniel's home is clean and well-appointed. The room was plenty for my needs and an easy staging ground for moving throughout the Denver area.

  • Daniel’s place is a great stay if you’re looking to explore the artistic side of Denver. Conveniently located near Coors Field, great coffee, breweries and eateries. The home itself is styled in a Victorian fashion and is kept clean in every regard. I hope to be able to stay at Daniel’s again when I return to Denver.

Remodeled home near Denver's funky, artsy, trendy RiNo District. Just 5 minutes from RiNo, light rail to Union Station/airport, and I-70/I-25. Just 9 blocks from Denver City Park, 18-hole golf course, Denver Zoo, Natural History Museum & IMAX. The house: updated everything | new, modern furniture | beautiful kitchen | whiskey bar | swamp cooler | modern bathrooms | off-street parking | high-speed wifi | patio set | finished basement | Perfect for: individuals, couple, business
This bedroom is on the main floor of the house, with a bathroom adjacent to it. It has windows on two walls, plus a closet. This is a 1924 home in a historic neighborhood 5 minutes from RiNo and 8 minutes from downtown. We have completely renovated it in 2016 with modern appliances and amenities, while still preserving the historic character of the house with a vintage minimalism. From specially commissioned artwork for this house to antiques from the 1890s to decor that tells a story of social justice, we have worked hard to make this our home, a peaceful, restful haven from the craziness of life.
Clayton is just to the north of City Park, just to the east of the River North Arts District (RiNo), and an 8-minute taxi to downtown.
  • Very clean and nice place! We loved staying here. Great location— close to downtown. Banks was very helpful and informative. Thanks!

  • Banks' home is excellent. The place was recently renovated and very clean. You are not too far from the train and can hear it every now and then from the distance. Banks was very welcoming and his communication was perfect before and during my stay. Also, he gave me a wonderful list of things to do and places to eat in Denver. I recommend his home to anyone looking for a place in Denver. The amenities and wifi was a major positive too!

A mile out, you’re at Coors Field. At a mile and a half, enjoy stunningly remodeled Union Station or attend a convention. Walk, pick up a city bike or an electric scooter, or snag Lyft or Uber to anywhere. Welcome to Denver!

It has modern finishes, a brand new king-size bed with adjustable base, a 50” Smart TV, a fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig included for your use. You’ll love our place because of the easy access to breweries, wine bars, great restaurants, cafes, and many convenient transportation options. ~~~~Outdoor space~~~~ Enjoy our xeriscaped outdoor patio with built-in gas grill and ample seating. With comfy chairs for lounging and a picnic table for meals, you have options of how you want to enjoy the space. Have a barbecue, enjoy a drink with friends, or have lunch in the open air. If you smoke, this is a great place to relax and legally enjoy your favorite stuff. Please be considerate by taking care of any discarded items before you leave. The patio is a shared space with a second unit, but there’s room for everyone. ~~~~Check-in/Check-out time~~~~ Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am
This location is very walkable, with great things to explore and do at any time of day. ~~~~Food and Drink~~~~ RiNo is the biggest brewery district in Colorado, with 15+ breweries, distilleries, and winemakers within walking distance. Some of the best, Ratio Beerworks and Epic Brewing, are within a block. Great Divide Brewing, The Block Distillery, and Infinite Monkey Theorem Urban Winery are nearby. If full service bars or craft cocktails are more your style, Finn’s Manor, Bar Fausto, or RiNo Yacht Club are great options. If you are interested in local, unique drinking experiences, you’re in the right place! In the morning, some of Denver’s best coffee shops are right nearby. Crema is one of the neighborhood’s most established options, offering craft coffee, cold brew, and a kitchen. The Rolling Pin Bakeshop offers handmade pastries. Denver Central Market has coffee, as well as a full indoor market with restaurants, produce, ice cream, and a bakery. For casual dining, Park Burger, Biju’s Little Curry Shop, and dozens of food trucks are our favorite places to grab a bite. For something more elegant, Barcelona Wine Bar, Cart-Driver, or The Populist are great. ~~~~Music, Venues, and Clubs~~~~ RiNo offers many different ways to see a show. The brand new Mission Ballroom is just 1.4 miles away, easily accessed on foot, scooter, or by Lyft/Uber. There are small venues throughout the neighborhood that host touring acts. The Walnut Room and Larimer Lounge are two intimate venues that have great acts. Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom is a larger venue just a few blocks away. Nocturne hosts jazz acts in a classy atmosphere with top notch food served while you listen. In the summer, events like Velorama, Jazz Fest, and Crush Walls close down a street and fill the area with stages and vendors. Major Denver venues like Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Pepsi Center, and the Ogden Theater are easily accessible by public transit, Lyft/Uber, or car. There are so many more that it would be impossible to list them all here! ~~~~Art Galleries and Murals~~~~ What would RiNo be without its artists? Dozens of artists and galleries reside in RiNo, and the neighborhood hosts a First Friday Art Walk to invite the public to tour galleries and meet the artists. The artistic and design influences in the neighborhood are also visible in the architectural styles and one of the defining characteristics of the area, the immersive, large-scale murals that decorate the brick, cinder, and concrete walls of the neighborhood’s old factory and warehouse buildings, making every trip through RiNo a chance to find art where you might not expect it. ~~~~Live Entertainment~~~~ The area is also home to some great intimate venues. Larimer Lounge, The Meadowlark, and The Walnut Room host local and touring acts. Nocturne is a jazz club with excellent food and cocktails in a more sophisticated ambiance. Events like Velorama, CRUSH Walls, and the Five Points Jazz Fest are just a few events that fill the neighborhood with music and art. ~~~~City Access~~~~ RiNo is the closest neighborhood to downtown, making it an easy to moderate walk to most downtown destinations or a very brief bike or Lyft ride. Downtown begins about a half mile from the door, and Coors Field is about a mile from the property, as well as all the surrounding bars, clubs and restaurants in the LoDo section of downtown. The Convention Center is only 2 miles away, with a convenient bus route stop just a block away.

Minutes from downtown Denver and the Denver Convention Ctr, this roomy and comfortable home is perfect for business & holiday travelers, or new residents searching for permanent housing. Room has a cozy queen bed with full bathroom just for your use.
My house is located in the up and coming RiNO art district, minutes from bars, restaurants, art galleries, downtown Denver with its theatres and the Denver Convention Center. This cozy room is equipped with a queen bed and comfortable bedding, along with fresh towels. There is also an open concept kitchen / living room / dining room on the first floor, along with a full bathroom, which you may share with another Airbnb guest staying in the adjacent spare room. Newly Installed Central Air-Conditioning will provide with a comfortable experience during the hot summer months. It is a mere 8 minute drive from the Colorado Convention Center, and if you're renting a car, there is plenty of street parking available in the front of the home. I have an affection for art and music, which is expressed throughout the house that's full of natural light. It's a perfect alternative to hotels for those coming in for business, pleasure, to stay while house hunting or during short term work projects. There is WiFi throughout the home, which is also equipped with the latest security technology (will provide a home manual, which shows you how to use the alarm system and will include your own security access code). I also have a dog Sam, a small Westie mix, so if you are allergic to animals then this would probably not work for you. One pet is allowed with no additional security deposit, but as expected, any damage caused by your pet will be deducted from the original security deposit.
The Cole / RiNO neighborhood is continually evolving, with new restaurants, co-working spaces, breweries and art galleries popping up all the time. But it still remains a quiet neighborhood, with the City Park nearby to have a picnic or go for a run, along with drop-in yoga studios. The locals are very friendly and in a good mood, because Denver is offers a great quality of life.
  • Kim was welcoming and answered any and every question that my girlfriend and I had during our visit. My girlfriend especially liked being able to give some special tummy rubs to her dog Sam. The neighborhood was a short Lyft or Uber to anywhere we wanted to go around RiNo or LoDo and was never more than a few minutes away.

  • After a day out it was nice to come back to a warm inviting house. It felt like being home. Every conveniance was made available.

  • Great location, near a bunch of cool spots in the area. Easy parking, quick highway access, clean house, great host, would definitely recommend.

    Albert2016-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Kim was super friendly and helpful! Her space is lovely, clean and very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious, and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay with Kim again, and recommend her home!

  • So this was a pretty great place, the room is cozy and it's just a over all good place for the money, if your stopping into town and need a place to stay I would def recommend it, she does have a little dog that can be a little aggressive, I mean I was hardly there so maybe she just needs to get to know you and she's just protecting her house. Kim was great and very accommodating all in all it was a good experience.

    Steven2015-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kim was awesome and very welcoming. Her home was clean and cozy... not to mention an extremely comfortable bed! The house was in a great location, close to everything. We enjoyed local coffee shops and restaurants /breweries and even caught our favorite band at a local venue. Her dog Sammy is cute and friendly. We would recommend Kim's place anyday!

    Ashley2015-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • Kim is an awesome lady and we loved our time at her place! Very friendly and welcoming and was super helpful with advice of things to do in the area. Her house is beautifully decorated with some really cool art and vintage music memorabilia and the room and private bathroom were just as described. Would def stay here again!

Guest room and bathroom in vibrant RiNo Art District. The room is privately located on the lower-level of a three story modern townhome. Home has open, modern yet cozy decor, two outdoor living spaces and friendly hosts. The rooftop has plenty of space to enjoy mountain and downtown views with your morning coffee or a glass of wine. All this with great restaurants and RiNo adventures just steps away. Walk to Mission Ballroom, Coors Field and Denver's best restaurants.
The room is privately located on the lower-level of a three story modern townhome. The room has tons of natural light and includes a queen size bed, storage space for all your belonging, TV with AppleTV hook-up (with access to Netflix, AmazonPrime, Hulu, HBO and other streaming services). Space includes your own private bath as well. Note we list two rooms at our house on Airbnb. They are located on separate floors but you may interact with other guests staying with us.
RiNo (known to some as River North) is Denver's hottest neighborhood. It's know for it's outdoor art scene, trendy and delicious dining and all around fun. Everything is walking distance or a short bike or scooter ride away. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, bars, breweries, music venues and galleries. Some of our favorites include Work and Class, Fish N Beer, Infinite Monkey Therm, Finn's Manor, and Super Mega Bien. Coors Field AND Mission Ballroom are within walking distance. and Exdo event center is one block away. Our house is three blocks from the train to/from DIA and has easy access to downtown and public transportation. Or hop on one of the rentable scooters or bikes that dot almost every corner of the neighborhood.
  • What a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved the condo. The room and bath was located down the stairs when you first walk in so it was perfectly private from the rest of the house. Not that we needed it... we loved meeting Rebecca and Connor!!! The sweet pups (and jag the kitty) were a wonderful addition to making our experience as comfortable as possible. Rebecca was very prompt in returning my messages, and made us feel very welcome to using any and all appliances that we needed. We were able to do laundry twice while there so that was a HUGE help. They have a beautiful kitchen /living room space that had a small connecting deck. We also got to join them for a drink on their rooftop patio that overlooks downtown Denver! So fantastic. The condo is located in such a trendy, walkable area called RiNo. Full of bars, restaurants, amazing art murals, and boutiques. My new favorite hangout area in Denver. All in all, wonderful experience and I will absolutely be staying with Rebecca and Connor next time I come to Denver!

  • Great place to stay when you head to Denver. Great spot

    Ron2019-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • Me and my boyfriend traveled to Colorado for our first time. Rebecca's place made it all happen, not only was the place spotlessly clean it was private and cozy. Rebecca's place is a quick walk from sooooo many bars, restaurants, breweries and places to see throughout the RiNo area and Denver as a whole. RiNo was great and Rebecca even gave us local tips. We had no problems staying here and only great things to say. We would 100% stay here again if we come back to visit Colorado.

    Nikole2019-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca and Conner are great hosts, very knowledgeable of the area and generous with their space. The rooftop deck is awesome, make sure to check it out! And their dog is very adorable and friendly, and not overwhelming in case you're not a dog person. But I am and I loved him!

    Toby2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • I've been using Airbnb for years now, and Rebecca's place was one of the best ones I've stayed at. Rebecca was super responsive, and she communicated well before and during our stay, without being too overbearing. It was clear that she made every effort to help us feel comfortable. The room and bathroom were amazing! Such a better value than staying at a hotel, for sure. The space for guests is located on the lower floor, and it was very private. It was spotless, and Rebecca really did a great job of adding some thoughtful touches, such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, and floss. I loved that the room had a TV and a mirror. Guests also have access to the rooftop area, but unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to take advantage. If I'm ever back in the Denver area, I'll check for availability at Rebecca's place. I can't recommend it enough!

    Stella2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean and comfortable! Location couldn't be better, right in the RiNo neighborhood with tons of cool breweries, restaurants, and things to do and see. Easy walk/bike/scooter ride to downtown, and just a few blocks from the commuter train right to the airport. Rebecca was an excellent host and was even able to let us check in a little bit early, and had great recommendations for places to check out around town. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

  • Awesome host, house, & location! We had a private room and bathroom on a separate level of their home, with roof patio access to a gorgeous view of the city! We were within walking distance to all of the restaurants & breweries we wanted to visit downtown. Rebecca was very responsive to messages & an amazing host! They also have an adorable dog! Would definitely recommend!

Unwind and enjoy the city in our Cozy and Clean Guest Suite! We're new hosts on Airbnb and super excited to begin having guests stay at our recently furnished guest space. We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city! We are a ten min drive from downtown Denver or a 15 min bus ride. Just a short walk to the Denver Zoo or the Botanic Garden.
The guest suite is located in the bottom floor of our duplex house.
There's a taco truck usually at the end of the block and convenience stores further down Bruce Randolph.
  • Our stay was mixed, but quite bad overall. Some of this was my fault for not looking into the description more thoroughly, so the owner's are certainly not to blame for amenities they do not list (such as a kitchen or A/C). I highly recommend scanning through the listing to see what they include, because nothing that is not listed is in the property. Pros: Great communication: I got quick responses within the hour from the hosts, and they immediately accommodated my day of request to check in two hours early. Noise: The noise they mention as a possibility from living upstairs was nearly non-existent. Although we could hear footsteps from time to time, there were no significant noises that bothered myself or any of the other guests. Cons Smell: There was a very distinct odor upon entering the suite. All six of us noticed it, and although you would get used to it after about ten minutes or so, it came back as pungent as the last time each time you returned to the suite. Dog crap: There is a narrow alleyway that leads to the backdoor which is the entrance to the suite. When we arrived there was a dog turd laying in the middle of this alley. When we left the third day there were three dog craps in this alley-way. Flies buzzed over them, they obviously smelt quite terrible, and at night we had to shine our phone lights to avoid stepping in them. When you connect to the Wi-Fi you notice an all caps network named 'PICKUPYOURDOGPOOP'. So clearly the message has been sent before this review but it doesn't seem to be registering. Bare bones: Again, read the listing, they aren't misleading, although they take very flattering pictures of what I would describe to be on par with a 1.5 star motel room (which I would have chosen over this if I could go back). The furniture is all very cheap, the water pressure from the one available (bathroom) sink is about 20% of max pressure (although the shower works very well), and some things just make absolutely no sense, such as thin see through curtains blocking each of the bedroom closets? I would love to know what was going on with that.

  • Place was great. Jim was able to accommodate a request about early check in which was amazing! The location and description are very accurate. Would definitely recommend!

    Nicolas2019-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Jim’s place was exactly as described and was very charming. It was nice to have our own space while staying in Denver. This is a five star place and even better than a hotel room. I would stay here again.

    Emma2018-04-03T00:00:00Z
  • Jim's place is excellent. Clean, tidy, very nicely decorated and close enough to downtown Denver. Wifi is excellent. TV is very nice. Full cooking facilities. Comfy bed (very slightly on the hard side, my personal preference). Lovely shower and bathroom.

    Stephen2018-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Jim's tiny house/studio was an amazing place to stay when I visited Denver earlier this week. Everything about the place was as described in the listing: location was top notch (one could walk everywhere), space was open and comfy, and so many amenities were provided. Finally, Jim was gracious enough to accommodate an earlier check-in and a later check-out. If I were to visit Denver again, I would definitely try to book Jim's spot again. Thanks, Jim!

    Kristen2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • This house is so convenient and cozy! The location was perfect. Walkable to public transit, restaurants, nightlife, and more. It was nice and clean. We were able to cook and relax so comfortably after a day of skiing. When we hung out locally, we were close to everything! We could Uber for cheap or walk. The bus was also close by! Couldn’t be a better location! And Jim, the host, was very hospitable and kind. I would 100% stay here again!

Minutes from downtown Denver and the Denver Convention Ctr, this roomy and comfortable home is perfect for a business and holiday traveler, or new resident searching for permanent housing. The room has a cozy twin bed with access to a full bathroom.
My house is located in the up and coming RiNO art district, minutes from bars, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, art galleries, and downtown Denver with its theatres and the Denver Convention Center. This cozy room is equipped with a twin bed and comfortable bedding, along with fresh towels. There is Wi-Fi throughout the home, which is also equipped with the latest security technology (will provide a home manual, which shows you how to use the alarm system and will include your own security access code). Pets are allowed with no additional security deposit (there's even a doggy food and water bowl) but as expected, any damage caused by your pet(s) will be deducted from the original security deposit.
The house is a five minute drive or bike ride to: - The main highways, I-25 and I-70 - Larimer Street: Larimer Lounge and Meadowlark music venues, Megafauna indie boutique, Crema and Hutch & Spoon cafes, Nooch Vegan Market, Infinite Monkey Winery, Mile High Spirits, Populist Restaurant, Our Mutual Friend Malt and Brew, and Matchbox bar. My home is walking distance to Jake's restaurant, the Walnut Room restaurant, Black Shirt Brewing, and the RiNO art district.
  • Kim has a lovely cottage and is a gracious, friendly host. The room is comfortable and amenities clean and neat.

    Sebastian2015-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • Kim is friendly and great host. She has lot knowledge about the Airbnb community and how the system works. From the initial reservation to the second Kim was very responsive and thorough in her communication. Kim home is is very nice and clean, well decorated. Her home has been updated thou-out the years. Kim has two bedrooms for rent with shared bathroom. One bedroom with a queen and the other bedroom with a single bed. Parking is no issue in front of her house. The neighborhood is older.Little more rough or run down than some other areas of Denver that I have seen or stayed at before. Kim is very busy women with her hectic work schedule so her front and backyard needs little TLC,which is minor. Kim has cute little dog which at times can be little frisky, but she does keep him under control not to bother anybody. I was here for the Great American Beer Fest week. The location for me was perfect but does help if you have a car. There is nearby coffee cafe and famous Snooze for Breakfast. Marco's coal/wood fired Pizza! Both are must try! Many breweries: Epic, River North,Cooked Stave. 8-10 min to downtown convention center. Overall I was 100% satisfied with my stay at Kim place.

    MARK2014-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Kim and her home were absolutely lovely. The home, a welcoming 2-level house (basement is Kim's space), was extremely easy to find and located right in the developing RiNo/Cole neighborhood. The house has an updated kitchen that guests are welcome to use and a comfortable sitting area. I visited Denver for a brief 3-day/2 night stay to look for apartments in planning my upcoming move to the area. The twin bed room located right next to the bathroom was exactly what I needed for my trip. In the course of my 3 day search for apartments, I was barely at the house at all, which I personally felt quite sorry for. Kim was extremely friendly and super willing to help assist me in my housing search, but due to appointments and visits, I wasn't around much to chat. While this wasn't a major issue on the trip, Kim was extremely kind and understanding of my obligations--no curfew, easy to understand and follow House Rules, etc. Overall the trip was a huge success and much of that is due to the ease and comfort provided to me by Kim and her hospitality.

    Connor2015-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • Kim was a great host. She was thorough with communication and sharing the necessary information. We were in contact before my trip and upon arrival she had a nice informational packet with details about the house and area. The room and house were exactly as advertised and perfect for a single person stay. The neighborhood was slightly off the beaten path, but a 10-15 minute walk to coffee shops, bars, etc near Larimer and 5 points areas and a 25 minute walk to the downtown and Coors field areas. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I am in Denver.

    Lexy2014-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Kim is a super hostess! I have stayed with her twice. Her place is comfotable and centrally located.

    Laura2015-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Kim's home was cozy and quiet. My room was just what I needed: somewhere safe and comfy to crash in between adventures :) I really liked all the local art she had decorated with, and being in the arts district itself was pretty cool. Some people in Denver seemed to be a little wary of the area but I had no bad experiences and everyone I met was incredibly nice! I'm pretty sure Denver is one of the friendliest cities I've ever been to; If you come with out friends you will end up making some along the way! Including her terrier who is really sweet once he gets warmed up to you :) Kim was super cool and I felt welcome during my stay.

    Kimber2015-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kim greeted me at the door when I arrived and had a whole list of places to see and things to do in the city. I had a wonderful time staying with her and will definitely check to see if her place is available the next time I'm in town!

    Rachel2015-07-20T00:00:00Z

A modern, Smart studio tucked away in the heart of Denver's RiNo Art District. Downtown is a short walk away with plenty of micro brewery's and restaurants along the way.
It's a studio, it's modern. There are coffee shops, breakfast joints, brewery's restaurants, bars and much more within blocks. In the studio there is a queen size bed and a pull out sofa. The sofa has extra sheets and blankets in the lift up section.
  • Cody is great! He was very nice and flexible/accommodating with our schedule. His place is clean and neat and the location is a perfect spot to explore RiNo and downtown area! We walked everywhere with plenty to see and explore :)

  • Cody was a fantastic host, and very accommodating when weather altered my plans. The apartment was clean and simple, and the location is great, with lots of things within walking distance. However, the apartment was very loud; I could hear every conversation of people passing by, as well as the neighbors' music, dogs, kids, and footsteps.

It's a great space for one or two travelers who want the city feel but also quick highway access to head out in to the mountains. I was able to get get downtown within a few minutes when I needed to, but also get on the highway to the mountains quickly. Cody was very fast with all responses. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Denver.

You do share the main part of the home with any other travelers staying in the other rooms, which was not at all a problem. The home itself is in close proximity to downtown in a transitioning neighborhood. I felt safe because I was traveling with my husband but might not have otherwise. Parking was right out front on the street and the house is well lit. Jim was very gracious and provided us with coffee/tea, bagels and cream cheese. Renting a car or using a car service like Lyft is recommended. Jim introduced us to Lyft and was also very helpful in recommending great bars and restaurants. Nothing was more than a 5 or 10 minute drive away. The only thing we were disappointed in was the fact that we read and followed the host's rules, from pre-arrival to departure, providing him with our travel schedule and touching base as requested, but ended up having to wait ourselves until after 5:30pm to get the key and even then our room wasn't ready as we had anticipated. Just wish we knew up front that he works a day job and is also the cleaning person who turns over the rooms, so that our room wouldn't be ready til the evening. Overall nice stay for a couple nights in Denver!

  • I never did see the host but we had good communication. Yes the room was very nice, I enjoyed the private bath and access to the common area was easy. The location was a bit outside of downtown. You should really have a rent a car to see Denver. The bed was very comfortable, and uber was convient. Thank you again Jimbo.

    Jesse2015-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • The house is amazing, the room rocked and we felt totally at home! Fixed with a Roku, Netflix and printed out info of restaurants to check out made our vacation a breeze. We were able to do laundry on our last day, the private entrance made it feel like home and we absolutely loved the fire pit area. We plan on staying here again next time we are in Denver!

    Raquel2015-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • The host canceled this reservation 36 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

  • Really enjoyed my stay! My friend and I booked extremely last minute and Jimbo was very accommodating. Everything was clean and welcoming. Jimbo gave great recommendations, and it was easy to see the love he had for Denver. The location was convenient to everything we were interested in for the day. Will definitely come back to stay!

One of the hottest neighborhoods in the city! Just 3 blocks from Denver's number one rated restaurant Hop Alley, RiNo Beer Garden, and walkable/bikable to any other place you may desire to go! Plus, if you're a Harry Potter fan, we may have a few fun quirks that will light you up! • Huge walk in shower with rain shower head • Gorgeous kitchen • Queen bed + queen pull out couch • Private patio space • Perfect, walkable location • 350 square feet CO Short Term Rental ID: 446542
The space is cozy (350 SF) and perfect for couples, solo travelers, or close-knit groups of four. There is plenty of street parking available outside the main house.
Nicknamed “RiNo,” the trendy River North Art District features contemporary art galleries and hip concert venues in revamped industrial buildings. Food halls include Denver Central Market, Zeppelin Station, and The Source, a buzzy indoor venue with eclectic products and a bar for small plates and craft beer. Known for its colorful murals, Upper Larimer Street also has cocktail lounges, brewpubs with patios and late-night food trucks.
  • Great location and space! Owners were very responsive and accommodated is in very short notice

    Garrett2018-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • The place wasn't what I expected. It was close to things but I didn't feel safe walking alone, so I ubered everywhere. Also it smelled like a sewer, which hit me as soon as I walked in. I never really got used to the smell and wish I had stayed somewhere else. It was just upsetting because it cost so much to stay there. But the communication was great and the place had everything I needed.

    Lanie2018-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • Good location to downtown. I would certainly not describe it as a “retreat” in any way. But if you’d like a cheap place to crash close to the city it’s a decent choice. Good communication from hosts.

    Audrey2018-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved staying here! We were comfortable and the location was great!

  • Blair's place is in a perfect location near Five Points and other great neighborhoods in Denver for restaurants, bars, yoga and exercise studios, and more. The space is the perfect size with everything you could need if you want to cook a meal in, while in a great location to go explore what Denver has to offer.

    Brett2018-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • It's a small studio about 1.5 miles north of downtown with fairly easy access to the 38th and Blake rail station (so easy to and from the Airport) and very close to the hopping scene on Larimer Street. The neighborhood is in the midst of a slow gentrification. The bathroom has a nice large shower with good water pressure. It was beastly hot when we stayed but there was a window A/C unit and a fan which made the temperature indoors tolerable.

    Jonathan2018-06-29T00:00:00Z

Private suite with private entry. 1 bed/1bath private unit on 1st floor of a 3 story townhome in the artistic RiNo neighborhood, just north of downtown. We live upstairs, so available if needed. Perfect for foodies, it is walking distance to the newest restaurants, almost 20 breweries, and urban wineries. Take the train from the airport - no rental car needed as we are a few blocks from the 38th & Blake Station and one train stop from Union Station downtown.
We set this space up to be your private suite, with everything you would expect in a hotel suite (iron, hair-dryer, etc.). The bathroom is newly remodeled. It comfortably fits 2 people with a queen bed, lounge chair with foot rest, 32 inch tv, desk, mini-refrigerator, and microwave. We even included a Keurig (with coffee provided). FREE street parking available. Parking has not been a problem yet, but is becoming more difficult due to the increasing popularity of the neighborhood. See our host reviews. Also consider taking the A-line train from the airport. We are a 3 block walk from the 38th and Blake Station, just one station from Union Station downtown.
The RiNo (River North) neighborhood has become a very popular hotspot for artsy types in Denver, with a remarkable array of creative businesses, including architects, art galleries, designers, furniture makers, illustrators, painters, media artists, photographers, sculptors, and a wealth of studio spaces. While retaining its industrial character, the neighborhood has become fertile ground for established and emerging arts and artists. You'll also find cafes, restaurants and friendly people here.
  • Great location and an easy walk from the train station. The place was filled with all sorts of amenities and the owner was on top of everything communication-wise. Can't recommend it enough!

    Clearsnake2018-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Really enjoyed our stay in RiNo!! The location of the suite is within walking distance to many breweries and restaurants.

  • Great neighborhood, great rental space. Had everything I needed and more for a few comfortable days in Denver. Would highly recommend !

  • Tony's place was great. Extremely clean and comfortable. Tony is a great host. When I arrived I discovered my phone charger cable was malfunctioning. Tony had an extra cable and dropped it off right away. Would definitely consider staying again.

    Ian2017-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Tony's place was incredible and very clean and organized. the neighborhood itself it's amazing and the communication with him was always on point. he has so many details that make you feel like you were at home. thanks Tony!!

    Adrian2018-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I were spending her birthday in Denver and Tony's place was perfect for us. We both have been to Denver multiple times, however, we haven't stayed in RiNo. Tony's listing was accurate and was ideal for getting around. Tony is an excellent host and had everything we could have wanted for an Air BnB. The check in process was a breeze since we had our own separate entrance to the place. It honestly felt like a boutique hotel since Tony had everything from waters in the fridge, to hair dryers, to an iron/ironing board. In RiNo there is plenty to do and the train/lyfts are easy to navigate from the place. Parking was free around the building, but be careful since the street parking can get filled up quick. The space itself was cozy and wasn't too small. It is definitely ideal for the solo traveler or couple. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough space for 2 people. I would gladly stay here again!

    Ricardo2019-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • If you want to be in the heart of RiNo, this is the perfect place to stay! Tony and Kevin were great hosts and the place was clean and super cute. They also provided tips and recommendations when you arrived. We loved walking to the Denver Market and the breweries (OMF, 14er, Ratio, Odell). I would definitely recommend this place!

    Liz2019-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great place to stay - super cool location, we were able to get a lyft within 4 minutes every time. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more: snacks, coffee, waters in the fridge, toiletries , and even a sewing kit in case of emergency. Plus, the coded door lock meant we didn’t have to bring around a key with us! I would 100% recommend staying here, and will definitely book again when I’m back in Denver.

Come enjoy our quiet neighborhood getaway! Easy access to the rest of Denver and the mountains, while being only steps from the trendy River North art district in Denver. See the best Colorado has to offer, any time of year! We're two locals (Will & Mary) that love our city and the places around it. Denver is a great town, and we'd love to have you come stay!
We live in one of the many Denver bungalows built in denver in the late 1890s, which was renovated from top to bottom in 2012. The city has changed a lot since then, and what was once the suburbs is now close to some of Denver's best attractions. Inside, you'll find a clean, well kept space. We like to provide our guests with the same level of hospitality that we've come to want while adventuring. Fresh towels, hot coffee/tea, tips for where to find the best [food, music, booze, art, pot, history, shopping, etc] in town, and friendly attitude all are included at no extra charge.
Cole (our neighborhood) is close to so many great parts of Denver. We have lots of local pubs, City Park is nearby, the Museum of Nature and Science (which I have passes to, so don't worry about paying), great concert venues, and some of the friendliest people I've ever met.
  • Will was very accommodating and welcoming. He had everything ready for us when we got there and made it easy to come and go. His house was very comfortable and clean. He put together a list for us that answered any and all of our questions about the area. He was also very considerate as we were asleep by 9 pm each night due to jet lag. It was my first air B&B experience and I would definitely do it again.

    Katie2016-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • A great place to stay for exploring Denver! Lots of cute details like nice toiletries and a good welcome letter. Close to plenty of cool spots to eat and drink, I enjoyed the neighborhood.

    Lucy2016-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • If you're looking for incredible hospitality and a great location to downtown Denver, look no further. Will and Mary are EXCELLENT hosts and I've never felt more at home while on vacation. Exceptionally clean and inviting. A big thank you to Will and Mary for adding to the already great experience I had while visiting Colorado! Would absolutely stay here again.

    Brandon2016-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • Will's house has neat and modern decors and the room is very cozy, even with a small fridge. Before my arrival, Will has prepared a detailed letter with all the information I needed, as well as snacks, towels, lotions. The house also benefits from cool alarm system and coffee/tea machine. And there's a big, enthusiastically welcoming dog! I had a short stay before my early morning flight, so didn't have time to explore the neighborhood, but highly recommended Will's place.

    Yu2015-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • Will made us feel very welcome in his home. Everything in his house matched the listing online. Will also has an awesome coffee machine that I used every morning after he taught me how! We enjoyed our stay here.

    Lynsey2016-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • All around great stay, great neighborhood too - character, diversity, quick access to the rail transit. I walked downtown in 40 minutes, great walk through some neighborhoods with history. You can see that I am drawn to all of these outside things, but I should make sure to tell you that, the room and house were great, and the dog and cat very chill. I can easily recommend Will's place. Thanks to Will and Mary both

    Joel2018-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • Will's place was in a very central location, and easy to access. We had everything we needed, plus a written breakdown of everything we needed to know. Thank you Mary and Will for having us!

    Jenny2018-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Will was a wonderful host and we loved staying with him and his flat mate. They were so welcoming and really made us feel that we could use the house as our own. The place is immaculate and Will's doggie Hudson is SUPER friendly especially if you are a girl ;) Will recommended restaurants and cool bars to go to he is very helpful so if you have any questions don't be too shy to ask...if we are ever back in Denver we will DEFO be hoping to stay with our new American pals :) Was so great to hang out with the guys it made our experience very personal and memorable and was the best part about our trip to Denver. Denver is a fantastic city and there are some great areas with bars and restaurants about a 5min drive away on Larimer Street. The neighbourhood is safe and there's plenty of parking just make sure you read the signs as they sweep the road every 2nd Tuesday. You are also perfectly situated for taking in some of that fantastic scenery just check out trip advisor for some hikes and trails there will be something for any level of ability. Can't recommend Will's place enough. Very quick to respond and even left out welcome treats for us which was a really cute touch. You will not be disappointed if you choose Will's gaff it will be your home from home. Favourite air bnb experience to date. love from the Scots <3

Unwind and enjoy discovering Denver while staying in our Cozy and Clean Guest Cottages! Theres a small carriage house with a kitchen and restroom, and a studio that has extra sleeping spaces! We're new hosts on Airbnb and super excited to begin having guests stay at our clean and recently furnished guest spaces. We live in the main unit of the property and are excited for you to use our two cottage houses as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city!
Head around back past our main house to the two cottage homes in the backyard that will be your private spaces. Full kitchenette in one and sink, fridge and microwave in the other help fill these two studios with a way to gather with your travel buddies and still have your space! Please be aware there is no a/c in our studio space (the extra room). It has windows and an extra fan. There is a SMALL A/C unit in the cabin that can be used. Please be aware that you shouldn't turn down the AC past 69 or the unit will freeze, and then wont cool the space properly!
Were located a short walk to a neighborhood park that has a pool, open area for playing, a playground, and a baseball field! Were minutes from downtown, only costing $8 for a lyft down there (time and events dependent)!! We are close (a short car trip) to the RiNo (River North) district which is full of unique restaurants and artwork!! Were right off I-70 allowing for quick mountain trip access that only takes 1.5 hours to get to the Copper Mountain resort, which is right in the "heart" of all of our Rocky Mountain Skiing (even shorter for those trips to the close resorts)!!!
  • The Brass Rabbit Cottage is perfect. It is a great space filled with everything you need. The A/C was ever so welcome in Denver’s August. Maile, Nashay, and Josh were super communicative from the booking, so I knew I’d be well taken care of. When I had an issue with the WiFi, they quickly responded and all was well. Fresh towels were delivered upon my arrival and they made sure I had everything I could need. My one complaint is that I never got to meet the pup!

    Christy2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • These are two separate cabins behind a separate home. Only one has the bathroom, it has a cool studio feel to it. The decor is great, the host is very kind and easy to work with.

    Belia2019-04-12T00:00:00Z
  • Josh and Maile were very generous hosts for allowing my family and I to stay when we literally booked last minute super late at night for the following day. We were looking for a place for the five of us and the space provided was very accommodating. Very simple, stylish space with its furnishings and small details. A full kitchen w/ two stove burners, a pretty large sink, mini fridge/freezer (in both rooms) and a small microwave provided along with many dishware, silverware, full knife rack, pots/pans, etc. Parking is on the street, and you would walk up the driveway through gates to get to the cottages in the backyard. Decent outdoor space, adorable porch leading to the main cottage with two outdoor chairs. Once in the main cottage, there is a bed, tv w/ Roku, the kitchen, and three small lockers used for "wardrobe" -- this was quite difficult as the opening is tight and you can't really hang jackets as they may be too thick, really only useful to keep thin shirts from wrinkling. Can't really keep your belongings anywhere else so we had to live out of our luggage and keep going in and out of them to tuck them away neatly at the foot of the bed. Also, this is the only room with a bathroom attached. Across the yard is the second room. The second room is more spacious; however, not much to entertain yourself as there is no TV... mainly to be used as another space to sleep. There is a full couch, another bed, as well as counter space with a sink and mini fridge. The couch does pull out into a third bed if needed. Downside of this room is that there isn't A/C like the other room, there were two fans provided. However, we kept the windows open with the fans in order to keep the place cool as it was Summer during our visit. Returning after our day out, we had to spend some time getting bugs out that came through the window as there wasn't a window net attached. Also, if you are staying in this room, you have to walk across into the other cottage to use the restroom, and if you are in the main room: not mind the fact they would have to come through in order to use the restroom. Overall, it was a great experience being my family's first Airbnb experience.

    Nalani2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Convenient location. Cute space. Great base for visiting Denver.

    Joan2019-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • It hurts to write a negative review, but only fair to the next guests. There was hair clumped in the bathtub drain which floated up when I turned on the shower, there was also hair in the kitchen sink, and horrifyingly, there was a "special" hair on the bed. In addition, the house was out of toilet paper and paper towels and host did not respond until the next day, by which time I had already purchased. The space is quite nice actually, and was conveniently located for me, just not managed well.

    Emma2019-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • Very cozy cottage in an extremely convenient location

    Anthony2019-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • This place was comfortable for a group of 4-5. The inside of the cottages are small but clean and functional, and you can sprawl onto the patio area to maximize space. It's very well located, only a few miles from the RiNo and Five Points areas with lots of bars and food options. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions or needed extra toiletries, and were overall very hospitable. I would stay here again.

    Michael2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • The inside of guesthouse is just as shown. Very quaint, decorated really cute. If you're not familiar with the Denver area (like me), you will discover you're not in the nicest of areas. Also, the main house and rest of the property are not upkept. The entire outside of this property from street to ally needs some tlc. Cleaning, weeding, etc. I'm hoping they'll fix before their next guest, but the air conditioning unit in the space cannot keep up with hot Denver days. The days it was in the 90s, it was so hot inside, we glistened. We had it set as low (cold) as it would go until we left and the temperature fluctuated the entire trip..there were no screens on the windows, so we could not open a window. Although I get the sense the last guest might have because there were a good handful of flies buzzing about when we got there. Also had to contact the host about toilet paper and paper towel when we got there because there wasn't any. Overall, I feel like this property as a whole needs more effort and love from the hosts.

Remodeled home near Denver's funky, artsy, trendy RiNo District. Just 5 minutes from RiNo, light rail to Union Station/airport, and I-70/I-25. Just 9 blocks from Denver City Park, 18-hole golf course, Denver Zoo, Natural History Museum & IMAX. The house: updated everything | new, modern furniture | beautiful kitchen | whiskey bar | swamp cooler | modern bathrooms | off-street parking | high-speed wifi | patio set | finished basement | Perfect for: individuals, couple, business
This is a basement bedroom, across the hall from the bathroom. It has two windows that let in sunlight (the room faces the south side of the house, so it gets good light).
We live in the Clayton neighborhood on the northeast side of downtown. It's full of old homes, quaint coffee shops, and prime access to RiNo, City Park, golf courses, and the A-line train that goes to Denver International Airport. It is approximately a 10-minute drive into downtown.
  • Everything was perfect. Banks was very very helpful with the check in process. The house is so pretty and well located. Would stay there again !

  • We had a great stay at Bank’s place during our quick weekend in Denver. The location was great, about $5 Lyft from many great breweries and distilleries, and the space itself was more than enough for us.

  • Great place that is pretty close to anywhere you will be going likely. Private as you want. Comfortable beds and strong wifi. Would recommend!

  • This home is chic, clean, easily accessible, and close to downtown Denver. The hosts are very nice, and provided easy and accurate instructions for quick self check in. Sleeping space was slightly smaller than I anticipated based on pictures, but overall was comfortable for the amount of time we spent there.

  • Great location at an awesome price, you really can’t beat it. House is very stylish and cozy. The basement rooms are very private and the den is a cool little spot to hangout. Banks is a real nice guy, and made sure we were comfortable the entire stay. Would definitely stay again.

  • We had a quick overnight at Banks' place and he was a very accommodating and gracious host. Despite us getting in at night, he made sure we were settled, gave us a quick tour, and even helped us figure out a couple places to visit while we all watched a baseball game together on the tv. The place itself is pretty private with a dedicated bed and bath that are in the lower level away from the main living space. We would definitely stay w him again.

  • This is an excellent and modern place to stay in a quieter residential area. The house itself was well taken care of and clean. The roommates I met all were friendly and helpful. If you're in the area and need a place to stay, I would highly recommend Banks' place.

  • Had a great time at Bank's place in Denver. Check in and out was simple and the room was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Denver.

  • If your looking for a centrally located place to stay in Denver, this is it! Just a few minutes away from tons of great stuff. Banks also had some awesome local recommendations that helped us decide what to check out. The room was downstairs with a seperate entrance which allowed for lots of privacy. Would recommend.

  • Thank you for making our first Airbnb a great experience. The house and location was excellent! Defenitely worth coming back too. Banks was a great host and so were the roomates.

  • Bank was an awesome host, he went the extra mile to make us welcome and provide us with all the comforts of home and additional kitchen items we requested. The room is spacious with a walk in closet, comfortable bed and the whole of the basement including laundry room. Wonderfully clean and tidy. The location is great with transport links to the city and airport. I highly recommend Bank's place and his hospitality!

Includes a queen size bed, storage space for all your belonging, TV with access to Netflix, AmazonPrime, Hulu, HBO and other streaming services.

Perfect little house! Lots of character and charm in this newly updated/renovated Victorian within minutes (even walking) to some of Denver’s favorite spots! Hardwood floors, granite countertops, brand new stainless appliances, fully furnished, plenty of closet space, AppleTV/WiFi included!
Within walking distance to RINO (breweries, restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, etc), 38th/Blake Lightrail stop (which takes you to and from Union Station and/or airport). Sits on a quiet cul de sac anchored by a cute little park.
  • We loved our night in this house! The house is very stylish and well decorated. There is a little park just around the corner which was a big hit with our girls. The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Denver, although the area appeared to be a bit “up and coming.” That said, we stayed there with our four little girls and didn’t have any concerns about safety or anything like that! Also, for the martini lovers, this is the only Airbnb we’ve stayed in so far with real martini glasses, so A+ for that!

  • Really cute house!! Perfect layout and not too far from town. We enjoyed it

  • Zach's place is clean modern and a total comfort to stay in. His co-host was wonderfully accomodating and quick to respond. He helped wherever he could and was as flexible as possible! My husband and I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and would stay again, and 100% reccomend staying here to other guests.

  • Loved staying at Zach’s place! It was just as advertised- super clean and modern. Great walking distance to the best part of Denver, Rino Arts District. Will definitely stay here again!

  • Very stylish and clean space. Very close to downtown experiences and nightlife. I’d stay here again.

  • I had an excellent stay in Zach's place. He was extremely hospitable, timely in his responses and even went the extra mile to look for an item I had misplaced. Looking forward to my next stay!

  • Zack you made us feel at home in your home! Thank you. No suggestions at all. Love the district. Love the place and the photograph, directions and condition of the house was just as it was describe. Photos could have been taken 5 minutes before we walked in. Listing was a perfect representation of what we had rented. Kiddos to Zack! House is in a quiet cul de sac and is safe. There is gayed parking in the back that gives you a more secure location for your car and also a seating area that offers a warm sunny spot in the morning and jusy the right amount of pircacy and solitude if you just want to sit out watch the morning ulfold. Will definitely stay again! Richard aka TheTravellingDick.com

Enjoy a cozy, private guest room in the basement of our spacious family home. With just enough room for two, you'll have a warm welcome from your hosts and two whole floors separating you from the bedroom of our 7 year-old twin boys.
The Cozy Base features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a desk with chair, plenty of storage, and a reading nook with an antique rocking chair. There are bamboo floors, comfortable bedding, and shared access to a renovated bathroom with laundry facilities inside. The guest room does have the only access to our storage room (where we have the big freezer), so every now and then we'd need quick in-and-out access to that room. We are raising our twin boys to be country kiddos in an urban space: they spend most of their time barefoot, half-naked, and digging in the yard. We have an elaborate garden in the summer, and several of our neighbors raise chickens. We are avid readers and conversationalists, interested in cooking, energy efficiency, public policy, international development, politics, travel, home improvement, gardens, and Chinese calligraphy.
On foot, you can visit a 7-11, a liquor store, a couple of great taquerias, a nice little New Orleans bar with pretty good food, and an asian grocery store. And soon, we hear, an Ace Hardware, woohoo. :)
  • Rebecca and her family were very hospitable and great overall hosts! The house is in a good location and the room was really comfortable. Many thanks to you Rebecca for hosting me!

  • I enjoy my stay here every time. It’s clean, comfortable, and Rebecca and family are awesome hosts!

    Chrissy2018-06-14T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I loved staying at Rebecca's -- this was my first Airbnb experience, and she made it a great one! She always responded quickly and communicated with us really well with check-in and check-out. I loved talking to Rebecca & Charlie & the boys - all were very accommodating and sweet. Rebecca was a great host and showed us around, which made us feel welcome. They also allowed us to use the kitchen & fridge (huge help) and shared their jam and tea with us! The bedroom was private and comfortable. My boyfriend was actually disappointed when I told him I booked a different place for our second night in Denver. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Denver!

  • This place was quiet, comfortable, and convenient. I was passing through after a work trip and this was just the place I needed before moving onto my next day off travelling

    David2019-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • Very comfortable home in a cool area, close enough to downtown. We just stayed one night and had a later check-in than we expected, and Rebecca was super accommodating and greeted us the door. Definitely recommend Rebecca's home for a quick stay.

    Kelley2019-06-21T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca’s place was wonderful. Beautiful house, nice amenities, clean, and charming. This is a family home and felt extremely welcoming and warm. I would 100% stay here and again and definitely recommend it.

    Wesley2019-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca's place was very cozy and her family was very welcoming and polite. I came here because I was taking the bar exam and everyone was very respectful and accommodating. This was much better and more comfortable than a hotel. :)
