Hi , my name is Yang. This new apartment is fitted with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen TV is provided. Our apartment has all you need including espresso coffee, coffee machine, tea, milk. The apartment offers an outdoor swim pool, gym and BBQ facilities are free to use. There are plenty of food options nearby, such as Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Mexican restaurant, and subway, Pizza, and many more. Beautiful cafes and restaurants around. There is also 24 hours convenience store at ground floor. It doesn't mater what is your background when you come to our lovely room I hope to give you home feeling here.
Milton next suburb west to Brisbane CBD. We have all the convenient access to highway, public transport, Suncorp Stadium, public transport, park all in walking distance.

  • The apartment is in a great location and very close to Suncorp Stadium which is what we wanted. You can easily walk to the stadium in 10 mins and it is a very easy walk. Access to many restaurants/pubs and supermarkets near the apartment is also an added plus. The apartment was very clean and reasonable size for a city apartment. The host Yang was lovely to deal with and extremely flexible with check in and check out times. Thank you Yang! Hope to see you again.

    It is a large comfortable room in a perfect location with so much going on all around. Just a few meters away you can go to the 380 restaurant, very affordable eg large chips $4 etc. and enjoy city views. We are close to everything in a quiet street with almost no traffic It, a perfect CBD location, near the Brisbane main Roma Street train station, Suncorp Stadium, Coles 4 min walk, cafes, restaurants, walking distance to Southbank etc.

  • The room was nice. I found the bed confortable. Wide range of available shampoos and big towel, set like at a hotel room. Reception was helpful, although having a map or a few pages about general info as groceries, restaurants and opening hours would be nice. Common areas are OK. The toilet was small with a noisy fan. A bit outdated. Walls are thin and there is one more bedroom. The window did not close properly. Anyway the weather was cold and there was enough blankets. The apartment is just a few meters away to the railway so I heard the train at night, but I have very light sleep. Location is good compared to other options, yet a 15 minute walk to City Center. Lack of wifi made it unreliable for my short stay as I did not have local sim card. So I could not find restaurants nearby, just about 7 min away.

Nous recommandons cette chambre. Seul petit bémol, il n'y a qu'une seule fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur et sans climatisation il peut faire chaud la journée l'été.

  • Nice house in a good location making it super easy to get into the heart of Brisbane or up/down the coast using public transport. Check in/out and accessing the house was a breeze. My room was great and the bed really is super comfy! The rest of the house was clean and tidy with everything you need. Blake was easygoing and quick with communication. He even let me do a load of washing and stay past check out so thanks again for that. All up: really enjoyed my stay :)

    That beautiful historic Brisbane workers cottage, is in a quiet corner, great views, close to CBD, Shops, Entertainment, Romastreet Parkland, ideal for weekend getaway , must love chickens and white lightning the cat. In August and September it is available for long term stay !!!
    It has a small verandah in the front with a great view and a garden space at the back with a chicken coup so if you are lucky you get a fresh egg

    We're located on a quiet street in trendy Paddington. Suncorp stadium is less than a 10-minute walk away, and you can even stroll into the centre of Brisbane in 30 minutes. Our home is an old worker's cottage and you'll be staying downstairs - completely seperate from our living quarters with your own private entrance, bathroom and toilet.
    Paddington is one of Brisbane's trendiest inner-city suburbs. We're a short walk from the shops and cafes of Latrobe Terrace and the bars and restaurants on Caxton Street. You can also wander down to the river and take a City Cat over to Southbank. Sports fans will love just nipping up the road to catch a game at the Suncorp Stadium.

    Charm and character are plentiful with this Colonial Cottage perched on the city fringe in a quiet and peaceful locale. A little veggie garden oasis out back, and a piano and guitar for those musician travellers! We are a 20-30 minute walk into the city. We provide a self-serve continental breakfast for guests, as well as luxury French teas and coffee. Parking and WIFI included. Walking distance to the CBD, South Bank, Suncorp Stadium, Roma Street Parklands, Paddington.
    Our charming colonial cottage is perched on the city fringe, and walking distance to all the sights and local attractions. We have a balcony to the front, and paved outdoor entertainment area to the back. The room is sizeable and has a comfortable queen bed with bedding and towels provided. Parking available. Please let us know if you need to park your car and we’ll arrange a parking permit for you. We have recently welcomed a rescue greyhound into our family. Zoe is the most relaxed and 'super chill' dog we have ever met. She will most likely completely ignore you, but will certainly be available for a pat or a cuddle if you so desire.
    Petrie Terrace is perched on the City fringe, yet in a very quiet and peaceful locale. It is 1km walk to the CBD (15 minutes), and a 5 minute walk to Suncorp Stadium, Caxton Street and the Barracks, where you will find trendy cafes, fine dining, a cinema, pharmacy, bars, pubs and a supermarket.

  • Marias place is very centrally located. Check-in was really easy. The bed was comfortable although if I was sharing with my husband it may have been a little tight as only a double bed. But it is very comfortable. Staying alone I felt safe I felt that Maria was only a message away and the apartment was immaculately clean. Travelling alone again I would not hesitate to stay there!

    Charm and character are plentiful with this Colonial Cottage perched on the city fringe in a quiet and peaceful locale. A little veggie garden oasis out back, and a piano and guitar for those musician travellers! We are a 20-30 minute walk into the city. We provide a self serve continental breakfast for guests, as well as luxury French teas and coffee. Parking and Wi-Fi included. Walking distance to the CBD, South Bank, Suncorp Stadium, Roma Street Parklands, Paddington.
    Our charming colonial cottage is perched on the city fringe, and walking distance to all the sights and local attractions. We have a balcony to the front, and paved outdoor entertainment area to the back. The room is petite, but has a comfortable single bed with bedding and towels provided. Parking available. We have recently welcomed a rescue greyhound into our family. Zoe is the most relaxed and 'super chill' dog we have ever met. She will most likely completely ignore you, but will certainly be available for a pat or a cuddle if you so desire.

There is a fantastic atmosphere when there is an event on at the stadium, and it's great to kick back on the deck with a beer or wine and soak it all in! For a city apartment, we have a large outdoor deck (100 sqm) which is great for pottering around on or relaxing with a wine and enjoying the views. Please note that while we are close to the rail line, the trains are speed limited here so the noise isn't too noticeable - other than when an occasional freight train goes through! The rooms are also very well sound insulated as the apartment is double glazed throughout. There is also easy access from our apartment to the communal BBQ level and roof-top pool - both of which have great views. It is not a huge pool but it’s a great spot to catch some rays and cool off with a dip. The building itself is in an up and coming area within easy walking distance to many of Brisbane's major attractions. Initial breakfast supplies are provided in your own kitchenette on the deck. In the drawers you will find cereal, bread and a selection of teas and coffees. There is also some plunger coffee if you like a stronger coffee in the morning! Milk, margarine, jam, marmalade, honey, vegemite, peanut butter, orange juice and water are also provided. Please note that while an initial supply of breakfast goods is provided, for longer stays you may need to pick up some groceries from the local Coles, which is only a five-minute walk away at the Barracks shopping centre. Please also note that for bookings over 7 days clean sheets will be provided weekly. To maintain your privacy though, we do not provide servicing as such, so it would be appreciated if you could keep your rooms, kitchenette and bathroom clean and tidy. For longer stays feel free to ask for the vacuum cleaner or any cleaning materials you may need!

Palace Cinemas at the Barracks is another favourite spot - they show mainstream and art-house moves. There are also some great restaurants at the Barracks, Moda serves great Spanish food and Sushi Edo does good (and cheap) Sushi. South Bank and West End are also both within easy walking distance. West End has a great alternative vibe and is great for brekkie, lunch or dinner. There are some great food festivals at Southbank.

  • We were very happy with the unit in the end. Great location above the station and close to everything. One small tip: The images are 'display only'. Not the actual images of the room. The images show a high floor with river views. On check in we were directed to a third floor unit with no view. After talking about this to reception, they quickly changed us to a high floor with view. So of course I was very relieved. But it is good to be aware that the photos are not the actual room. It doesn't say this in the ad so it might be a good idea for The Milton to change their ad so people don't feel nervous at check in. Also the ad says free wifi. When I checked in, there was a sheet handed to me which said only the first 30 mins are free and then you have to add a credit card to pay per hour of usage. I didn't bother to try it or use it. My review sounds negative but actually it was a lovely stay and lovely place. We were impressed with everything in the unit and the great location.

    Built in 1896 our traditional workers cottage has been extensively renovated recently. The apartment is on the ground floor. We are located within walking distance of the CBD and the Transit Centre. Suncorp Stadium, the shops and restaurants of Paddington are just a stroll away. We have Brisbane City Council Visitors Parking Permits for guests so they can park in the street next to the property. Price includes a delicious breakfast for all guests served between 6.30am and 8.00am daily.
    A great place to stay for a Business Professional, Single Person, Visiting couples on their own or with a family member in the second bedroom. Our property is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
    We are located in an ideal position if you are visiting Brisbane or are here on business. The Brisbane City Council bus stop is at the top of the street with a regular service to the City and surrounding suburbs including Mt Coot-tha and South Bank. Paddington and Rosalie are trendy areas of Brisbane with an abundance of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Suncorp Stadium with its many sporting events and concerts is a five minute walk from our property.

    A studio apartment in easy walking distance to Roma Street station, downtown, GOMA, Southbank and Suncorp Stadium. I'm a full time student living here during the week, but it is available on weekends when I go home. This is a simple, but bright and uplifting apartment with a view, and close to the hum and buzz of Brisbane.
    Silhouette blinds provide a screen for night lights and sunshine, so the apartment gently brightens in the morning. Air conditioner/heater allows you to keep the temperature perfect for you. Without a separate kitchen or sink, the apartment doesn't lend itself to cooking endeavours. But there are plenty of restaurants at The Barracks, downtown or across the bridge to Southbank or West End. With a kettle, small fridge, and microwave you can have a cuppa, or reheat leftovers. I'll ensure you have tea and coffee, cereal and milk on arrival. A television with DVD player on the desk doubles as a second monitor with the HDMI cable, and speakers to plug in for music or if you want to sit at the desk and work. But I reckon sitting at the table with a glass of wine and the view is much more enjoyable. The queen size bed is simple and comfortable, with an eggshell topper. Bed is only accessible from one side, so better for a single person than a couple. There is ample space in the closet for you to hang clothes, or to access the ironing board and iron. There is a guest pool on the second floor, so don't forget to pack your swimsuit. Let me know in advance if you need parking or have any other requests. 😀 Rachael
    Access to public transport is excellent, about 350 metres to Roma Street Station, but let me know in advance if you need me to leave a pass for the shared parking below the building. The nearest shops, including Coles, bottle shop, pharmacy and movie theatre at The Barracks are around 400 metres away (stairs to access). The walking and bike trail along the Brisbane River can be accessed from the front of the building, through the lobby and turning left. You can walk to the Gallery of Modern Art across the William Jolly Bridge, or walk further to West End for some of the best restaurants, bars and night-life in the city. If you are attending an event at the Suncorp stadium it is a 15 minute walk (1 km) from the back of the building, through The Barracks and via Caxton Street.

I have been an Airbnb traveler for many years and many countries and this house was a beautiful home that felt like my own. the back deck the front porch the beautiful bedrooms it was all very wonderful. It was close enough to the CBD a quick walk or a ten dollar Uber would take you to the city which was very nice. When I visit Brisbane again I hope your place is available because it was great especially for a group of people. There were three of us and we each had our own room and our own space and it was very reasonable

The Wi-fi was great, air conditioning, lovely kitchen and bathrooms, off street parking and plenty of space for three adult males to stay. So so close to Caxton Street and Suncorp Stadium which was perfect for our stay as we saw a soccer game, and not even too far to walk into the CBD. Would stay here again without hesitation.

  • Our family had the most fabulous stay at Penn Cottage and we were so grateful to have such a stylish and comfortable home base during our time in Brisbane. Owen made everything easy every step of the way with his prompt and helpful communications. The cottage itself is newly renovated and felt luxurious while also gorgeously homely at the same time. We especially appreciated the extremely well equipped kitchen with its beautiful appliances and kitchenware...it made cooking and preparing food a breeze! No need for a car, walk to everything!     Large room, with all you need
    It is a large comfortable room in a perfect location with so much going on all around. Just a few meters away you can go to the 380 restaurant, very affordable eg large chips $4 etc. and enjoy city views from huge balcony with comfy seats and music in the background. We are close to everything in a quiet street with almost no traffic

  • Das Studio ist super hübsch & sehr modern. Total unkomplizierter Check-In und schnelle, einfache Kommunikation. Mit einem kurzen Walk ist man auch schnell in der Innenstadt in Brisbane. Komplett privat kann man das Studio unserer Meinung nach aber nicht nennen, da direkt davor der Carport ist und des Öfteren jemand mit dem Fahrzeug ein und ausfährt. Sobald also der Rollo oben ist konnte man komplett in unser Studio schauen also lieber immer etwas unten lassen. Uns hat dies nicht groß gestört, wir waren trotzdem total zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt wäre das ganze noch unserer Meinung nach wenn es einen Föhn gäbe. Jederzeit wieder!   • Really appreciate Gina's help in retrieving a lost wallet in an uber. Super helpful in communicating with us to get it back. Just disappointed to have booked for 3 people, and to be separated into different rooms. Misleading on airbnb - i believed to have booked a 4 bed dorm for 3 people. Not the case. Room was fairly standard hostel type room. Nice communal, social outside area.

    Nice room in a clean and fresh apartment, it is free to access to the swimming pool, the gym and sauna.
    There included private bathroom, little pantry for coffee or tea, and small fridge for storage your food.
    Every Sunday there is a market in the morning, you can go to have a look on foot. There are plenty of things you can buy or eat. No big shopping mall in Milton, but transportation here is very convenient, you can go to city for shopping just a few mins.

  • 房子地理位置不错,治安也不错,离河边很近,距离市中心也很方便但是以下为不推荐原因: 首先,房源与描述不符。并不是独立房源,房东与房客住在同一屋檐下只是不同房间,有一种被监视的感觉,十分不自在也不自由,甚至感到害怕,房东疑心也很重,反复询问住客人数,让人不悦和反感。其次,只在楼下抽烟,抽完直接回房间或许会有部分烟味,我们感到抱歉,但并没有在室内抽烟,房东存在潜在夸大事实的情况,说满间屋子都是烟味…最后,房间本身卫生状况就不算太好,特别是床单原本就不太干净,而且房东所说的清洁,包括毯子,空调过滤网,别的一些日常用品和被单,在每次住客退房后都应该进行清理,而不是利用某一个借口去做清洁,我甚至有理由怀疑她故意对我们增加额外费用来涵盖她原有的责任和支出。不会推荐…幺蛾子太多了,住的不顺心

  • Christie’s apartment was sparkling clean and in a great location with a nice view. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat in the area, It’s a short 10 minute walk to Milton ferry terminal and is right next to Milton train station so public transport is easily accessible, it’s also about a 10 minute walk to Suncorp Stadium so it is perfect for anybody looking to stay nearby. There is free parking and the place is stocked up with all your basic necessities which is a nice touch. Christie was an extremely responsive host, and the self check in/out was simple and easy. The apartment isn’t overly spacious but is perfect for short term stays. To sum it all up this is a very nice little studio apartment at a great price and I really enjoyed my time here.
