Cheap, clean modern room in shared accommodation with double bed suitable for one person working or visiting. Premises is also occupied by 3 young professional working males. Should be noted that common areas are in constant use by the 3 tenants and can be cluttered at times.
To the ground floor is a living room with TV and WiFi, separate toilet and shower, andkitchen. Upstairs to the first floor is a further family bathroom. Although the common areas are regularly cleaned it should be noted that they can at times become untidy.
The neighbourhood consists of similar large terraced houses. It is a 10 minute walk from Stockton Heath with its high end bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction lies a busy retail park with fast food outlets as well as central Warrington with its shops, pubs and restaurants

1 large room with double bed and TV! We live close to the centre of Warrington so getting into town is just a 10/15 minute walk away. Train/bus stops close by. A shop for supplies is a half mile walk/drive away and a great cafe for breakfast is across the road from our house. There is also a fab pub with great food just a mile away. Easy access from all surrounding motorways (M56, M62, and M6) and parking close to the house. We hope you enjoy your stay! Ben and Ash.
A house built in the 1920's, it has old fashioned, large rooms with tall ceilings and a lot of character! Very homely and comfortable.
Quiet residential area although close to town centre. We do live on a main road but both of the guest bedrooms are to the rear of the house which is at the opposite end to the road so traffic noise isn't an issue. The lounge faces the main road but the noise doesn't cause any problems for us.

Quiet, tidy and clean large terrace property close to local amenities. Located 0.5 miles from Warrington train station, town centre, bus station and motorway links. 4 miles from Birchwood business park. Close to Manchester and Liverpool airport. Plenty of on street parking is available at the front, rear and surrounding areas permit free.
The house has three bedrooms. For the past two years myself and my housemate have lived here. We both work full time, I am also out most evenings. My housemate sleeps here about once a month so you would have quiet enjoyment of all of the communal areas for most of your stay including the TV, kitchen and south facing back yard. The available bedroom is a basic single on the first floor. It is clean and consists of a bed, clothes rail, drawers and an optional door lock. House also shared with my outdoor cat who only comes home to eat and sleep and isn't allowed in the bedrooms. The available room is only suitable for one guest at a time.
