  • Nasim is it polite young man who seems to care about his property and visiting guests. He was available to greet me even though I was late coming in! His place not fancy, and a bit like a nice dorm room, but it is clean and very reasonable . The room perfectly suited my needs as I was in town for a festival and spent small amount of time in my room. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood is cute and within a mile of downtown and a level 15-20 minute walk. I will definitely come back if I need a place to stay in Greensboro.

  • I had a flawless experience staying at Nasim’s. The inn is a cute building and it is very conveniently located in the city. There are test restaurants fairly close. Nasim was very accessible and gave great advice on the city.

  • This was a nice, cheap place to stay right near UNC Greensboro! It was kind of like a motel, so that kind of set up inside and out. Walking distance to restaurants and the university. Temperature was easy to control and the outdoor was not too loud during my stay. Nasim was very responsive to messages and helpful!

    Brad2018-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • My very first time staying in Greensboro and I had a blast! The place was in a great location near everything, also the communication was good. I’m a travel nurse working 20 minutes from GB so I will be back! You cant find a better comfy spot at that affordable rate

  • Great spot, great value! It looks like there's some student housing here, and it was reminiscent of my dorms. I found this really nostalgic! The price can't be beat, and it's nice and centrally located to downtown and the Friendly center. Stay here, you won't regret it!

  • Hotel was much better than I expected. Inexpensive but very clean with all that you need plus extra! centrally located near lots of local pubs and bars, many of which are walking distance.

When I started my Airbnb career in June 2016, I really had no idea what was required of a host. So I provided what I thought a visitor to an unknown location, country or even continent would want. It seems to have worked since, for last seven consecutive periods, I have been awarded the title of 'Super-host'. That must mean that guests have been very happy and have enjoyed their stay with me. And I have enjoyed meeting and getting to know them. Come and stay!
Unlike most hosts, I allow you kitchen access all day and allocate you space in the fridge and kitchen cupboards. I will provide breakfast items but you wouldn't want to eat anything I'd cooked, so you should prudently cook your own. My house looks English and I am English. Be warned, you might experience some laconic Anglo-Saxon humour. I can accommodate eight people in five rooms. So if you want to stay with an elderly Brit being as Jeeves-like (but not Fawlty-ish) as he can, then my rooms will suit you well. The house is almost elegant and I am very proud of it. It is a large house, almost a 100 years old but fully modernized. It is situated in the historic neighbourhood of Westerwood - East Lake Dr. - comprising mostly early 20th century houses, just to the west of downtown Greensboro. You can see downtown from my house yard. But it is rather like living in the country - in the middle of a town. It is close to family-friendly activities - downtown events, parks (including free basketball and tennis courts), the Coliseum, local breweries, restaurants, theaters, museums, aquatic center (international sized aquatic pool), UNCG, Greensboro College, UNCG Music Centre (EMF), YMCA, short drive to Guilford College (EMF), shopping attractions downtown and Friendly Center, Mid-Town up-and-coming attractions, Guilford Courthouse Historical Park, and downtown shops. The sunroom is meant only for one. It is a charming room with views of the yard and the water garden. There is half-bath nearby which is very little used but you will have to use the shower up the second floor. Every one who has stayed in this room loves it. You are warmly invited to come and enjoy this very clean and comfortable house. Use the fully-equipped kitchen room and the adjacent dining room at normal hours. You are very welcome to listen my extensive classical music CD collection on the Bose in the living room. There is also a small house safe where you can store your My house looks English and I am English. Be warned, you might experience some laconic Anglo-Saxon humour. I can accommodate six people in three rooms. So if you want to stay with an elderly Brit being as Jeeves-like as he can, then my rooms will suit you well. I am very proud of this Tudor revival house - it's almost elegant! I have lived here for almost 40 years and I rent five rooms. Room 5 is my cheapest room, a very pleasant room with good views of the water garden and usually much sunshine in the afternoons. Situated on the first floor near the front door, it is suitable for the guest who simply wants to sleep and make use of the kitchen, bathrooms and the other amenities of the house. The room has a single divan bed. It is near the first floor half-bath which is rarely used by others and the guest can use the second floor bathroom for showering. Each week my beautiful year old grand-daughter, Ava, spends a few afternoons here. You are warmly invited to come and enjoy this very clean and comfortable house. Use the fully-equipped kitchen room and the adjacent dining room at normal hours. You are very welcome to listen my extensive classical music CD collection on the Bose in the living room. There is also a small house safe where you can store your valuables.
The Westerwood neighborhood is very old, tranquil and picturesque - great for relaxing, exploring and walking. I built a curious water garden west of the house with sitting areas, which you will enjoy. Just across the road, there is a very nice path which runs for several miles alongside the stream (which I did not build!).
  • Great host

    Mishal2018-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kieth is a gracious host and has a nice rustic house. The room I stayed in was cozy but comfortable and affordable. Very short distance from the downtown area, and walking distance to Pig Pounder brewery.

    Eric2018-04-21T00:00:00Z
  • Keith was there to answer the door when I arrived and gave me a brief run down of the accommodations. An informative binder was also provided with a multitude of information regarding the house and area. It was clean and quiet. I would recommend these accommodations and plan to return myself in the Fall.

    Polly2018-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Very friendly, makes you feel at home. Wonderful host, will definitely come back when visiting the area.

    Dixon2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Keith is a great host with a great space for guests to stay. He shares his kitchen and kitchen supplies and the house is quiet in the evening which makes going to sleep at night very easy.

Comfortable bonus room is above our garage and you can come and go with your own entrance. Train/Bus station 2 blocks away. We are in Downtown Greensboro . Train can be loud at times. Downtown living!! I have 2 very friendly dogs who are not out most of the time. Everything you would want is within walking distance. You will be walking up a flight of stairs to the deck level from garage.
Furnished room with a Roku TV and wifi. Also there is a Keurig coffee maker, and a queen bed. I am located in the heart of downtown Greensboro,NC. The bathroom has a small shower stall with adjustable shower head for taller folks but it is a small stall. Many restaurants and bars to choose from withing walking distance. City park is just a few blocks away!
We have so many choices of restaurants, bars, entertainment, art galleries, antique shops, bakery, and now a new book store. We have 3 theatres to choose from for plays and live music.
  • Our host responded very quickly to our request to stay, which we made after five o'clock for the same evening. The original price was $40, but with all the extras the price was $60, although we felt that it was well worth the cost The privacy was really nice and the fact the room had a separate entrance and was detached from the main house. the location could not have been better, and we walked to all the festivities during the forth of july holiday. We prefer a queen bed, but the double bed was very comfortable albeit narrow for which we are accustomed. Elaine was very nice and accommodating.

  • Great location. Walking distance to some popular locations.

    Steve2019-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Elaine is a fabulous host! I enjoyed meeting her and her friendly dogs Gracie and Zoë. Her bonus room is comfortable, spacious and well laid out--think nice studio apt w/o a kitchen. (I could have sat on her glider all day, but I was in town for training at UNCG.) You cannot beat the price or location (so close to downtown, UNCG and Dame's Chicken and Waffles--which is right across the street)! I highly recommend and would gladly return on my next trip to Greensboro.

    Jan2019-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • Elaine was a wonderful host. She provided me all the information I needed to find and get access to her very private suite, with beautiful outside deck. Her suite is very spacious and comfortably furnished. Elaine made me feel right at home. BTW, downtown Greensboro is happening! Be sure to check out Elsewhere, a unique artists's program and an amazing collection of totally random stuff left over by a wild collector of everything (!!), the Forge - a new "maker space". I enjoyed my stay at Elaine's place.

  • I am glad to stay at Elaine's place while having my one week workshop in Greensboro. The room is very clean and nicely decorated . The location is convenient, lots of restaurants around it. Elaine is a very sweet and friendly person. I enjoyed talking to her. She has two dogs which always welcome me when they saw me. I will definitely stay at Elaine's place if I ever visit Greensboro again! Thanks Elaine!

    Swans2015-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • Elaine's place is nice, clean & remarkably close to downtown! Elaine is a thoughtful host & I will certainly try to stay again future trips to Greensboro!

    Bert2016-07-02T00:00:00Z

  • Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Camille et sa magnifique chatte Lily. Déco sympa et extérieur très agréable,le tout dans un endroit calme et accueillant.A recommander vivement !!!

  • Quiet, colorful and private studio/cottage that was perfect for a birthday celebration! I love the art throughout this space, and even recognized a few names (Pedro Lasch!). The funky lights are a nice touch. Very nicely priced and centrally located to Fisher Park in downtown Greensboro. I hope to stay here again! Thank you!

    Elizabeth2016-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great, hip spot close to downtown Greensboro

    Wes2018-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • Camille’s funky studio was an amazing environment that we fell in love with instantly. I took a trillion pictures of the place, in hopes I can one day recreate this fun space in my own future yard! The multi-colored lighted cathedral ceiling composed a beautiful aurora—it was wonderful to sleep under and awake up to. Also, the garden outside was a beautiful landscape gaze, especially while sipping coffee on a rainy morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience— apartment hunting was super hard after experiencing this super cool energy at Camille’s studio! 10/10 would AirBnB again!!!!

    Zoe2019-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • Camille's cozy spot was the perfect place to stay for a quick work trip to Greensboro. When I arrived, Camille was quick to say hello and ask if we needed anything. Other than that, we had the place to ourselves. The place was spotless and there were so many welcoming touches that allowed me to truly enjoy my stay. The bed was crazy comfortable. This place is close enough to the downtown area that I was able take a quick Uber to hop to a few bars and grab a bite to eat. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Greensboro!

    Kimberly2017-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • A great place to stay!

    Tara2017-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • This little place looked great on Airbnb but the pictures don't do it justice. The location is amazing. You are close to everything and the neighborhood is lovely. I was extremely comfortable there. It is December and hard to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest but I would love to spend time at this place in warm weather because it is surrounded by a lovely garden and sitting area. Very sweet cottage with gracious hosts.

    Susan2015-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • I only got to meet her briefly, but the space was incredibly well appointed and fun. Lots of art, great lighting and cozy bed. No TV though.

The apartment is very homey and close to many different eateries and pubs and parks/ recreation for family fun!
Downtown dog parks, eateries, pubs, culture center, and outdoor parks.
  • This place is very close to downtown Greensboro. It is well decorated and a pleasant place to be. There were reviews that mentioned the firehouse and it is close but I never heard a thing or was bothered by the fire house.

    Renee2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was really cute and nicely decorated. All in All it was a good stay and a lovely apartment. Fawna was a lovely and diligent host. The reason I subtracted one star is simply because of the location next to the train tracks. I was very shocked to be awoken by the honking of the trains!

    Angela2019-04-08T00:00:00Z
  • Hospitality is outstanding!

    Casey2018-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay with Fawna at the Junior Olympics in Greensboro. The space was much more affordable than any nice hotels in the area, and was beautifully appointed. Pros: * Great value for the cost * Space was immaculately clean * Checkin/checkout procedures and house rules were clear and easy to follow * Full kitchen access meant we were able to cook some of our meals and not have to eat out. * Use of Netflix and Hulu meant we were able to watch some shows and movies we hadn't seen. * Convenient location relative to the rest of Greensboro. * Always plenty of very convenient parking. * Friendly, responsive hostess. Cons: * Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator; meant bringing bags up and down a challenge * Located just across the parking lot from a fire station. Whenever fire trucks were called out, the sirens were jarring Overall, we were very pleased with this stay, and would recommend Fawna as an excellent hostess.

    Dana2019-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Fawna’s one bedroom one bathroom apartment with full kitchen and mini balcony is a great option for singles, business trips, and even small families. My six year old son and I enjoyed the well appointed space with large flat screen for our streaming services. Bed is really comfy with soft, buttery sheets. Parking is close by, entrance is gated with electronic code, and the pool is a short walk. Nearby stuff to do: adults can enjoy walkable and uberable restaurants and bars, families can enjoy a 15-20 minute drive to the Greensboro Science Center or Emerald Pointe water park. Mainly college-aged and young adults, residents were friendly to us during our stay. Fawna and her cohost’s communication was promptly responsive. Overall, A+ stay!

The neighborhood, Latham Park, is one of Greensboro's most desirable to live/purchase in. The park it's self, "Latham Park", is very short walk away and makes for fantastic morning and evening walks. The park is surrounded by some of Greensboro's largest & most expensive old real estate that is really neat to peek at while on a walk or jog. The neighborhood is very much a family oriented neighborhood as well as considered very safe.

A few blocks north is the Greensboro Country Club and the Irving Park neighborhood, Greensboro's oldest and most exclusive neighborhood. We are proud to be part of the Greenway, a paved, multi-use route that connects Moses Cone Hospital, Wesley Long Hospital and the Friendly Shopping Center. Latham Park features tennis facilities, basketball courts and a new skateboard park. Directly across the Greenway, the Iron Hen Restaurant is a neighborhood favorite for breakfast or lunch. Fishers Grille and Pastabilities offer other excellent dining options less than one mile away.
  • Susan’s location is absolute PRIME. Not only was the space incredibly clean, but comfortable too. Susan was very communicative from start to finish and is a true gem of Greensboro. She even had snacks in the fridge and fresh fruit. I’d def recommend this space and look forward staying during my next visit.

  • Susan is a very nice host. Great communication and hospitality. Wonderful location. Her place has everything I needed.

  • Having moved back to Greensboro I needed to wait several days until my house became available. Susan’s place is in a very convenient location to pretty much everything. Also Susan’s hospitality reminded why I truly love Greensboro.

  • Great little place, fantastic hospitality! It was nice having what was essentially 2 separate rooms for sleeping. The main bed was comfortable, although it made a little noise when moving around, but still comfy. If you are concerned about the pull out bed not being comfortable, don't be. It's a newer higher-end type, with I believe a memory foam mattress and not like the old kind with a thin mattress with the bar down the middle that you can totally feel when you lay down. While I personally didn't sleep on it, my daughter didn't have any complaints. I did feel it and was pleasantly surprised because it wasn't like the pull out mattresses I'm used to. Overall, the place was very clean and very tastefully decorated. Next time I'm in the Greensboro/High point/Elon area I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

  • Susan was an excellent host. This is a fantastic place to stay. Private entrance with living room, your own bathroom and a very comfortable bed. She converted an armoire into a breakfast nook with a microwave, coffee and other snacks. The extra was access to the sitting area in her backyard. The beautiful landscape area was the perfect place to sit have some tea and read a book.

    Sheyla2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed my stay at Susan’s! There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and comfortable. It was also very close to everywhere I needed to go around Greensboro.

    Chloe2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing experience staying at this lovely home! Ms. Susan is the definition of southern hospitality and goes above what’s expected to make sure you have everything you need and then some. The home is beautiful and has its own private entrance so there’s plenty of privacy. Located close to everything but on a quite street with plenty of parking. I would recommend 10/10 and will definitely be back!

    Christian2019-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Description is spot on. We enjoyed this comfortable place to relax after many college visits. My daughter and I had plenty of room. Both the bed and the sofa bed were so comfy! (Not your Grandma's sofa bed). Susan is delightful and welcoming, as are the pets. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. Convenient to just about any place in Greensboro area. Lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Welcome to our charming Fisher Park cottage! We hope you'll love our historic home and city as much as we do. The private cottage is nestled in our backyard and has its own deck, which is great for a morning cup or tea or winding down in the evening. Whether you are walking the tree-lined streets or heading into downtown, Fisher Park can't be beat for it's location and character. The cottage has keyless entry for coming and going convenience, and it is ideal for couples and those traveling solo.
Our cottage holds its original charm, but it definitely has several upgrades! The space acts as a studio, with the beautifully tiled open-shower bathroom having separation from the bedroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and sink. The space has beautiful natural light throughout and a personal deck for relaxing. WiFi and personal heating and cooling systems are included, as well as complimentary breakfast snacks, tea, and coffee. No smoking indoors, please, and no pets. Just blocks away from the home, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll in Fisher Park's beautiful walking trails. Be prepared to see several sweet pups along the way!
Historic Fisher Park is located immediately north of downtown and is the city's first planned and developed neighborhood -- houses dating from the 1850s dot the beautiful tree-lined streets. Fisher Park is home to two of Greensboro's favorite brewery's, Joymongers Brewing Co. and Preyer Brewing. Situated between the two breweries is Deep Roots Market, a community owned market and cafe. Within the neighborhood, Fisher's Grille, The Corner Slice, and Beerthirty offer great drinks, dining, and live music. Coffee shops and more restaurants, breweries, and shopping is available downtown and in State Street Station, with some of our favorites being Vida Pour Tea, Gibb's Hundred Brewing Company, Smith Street Diner, Chez Genese, M'Coul's Public House, Scuppernong Books, Boxcar Bar & Arcade, Cafe Europa, Dame's Chicken & Waffles, Cugino Forno Pizzeria and many, many more! The International Civil Rights Center & Museum and Elsewhere are both downtown and highly recommended. The Greensboro Grasshopper's baseball stadium located downtown is also easily accessible as well as UNCG and Moses Cone Hospital. Downtown - 1 mile UNCG - 1.9 miles Coliseum - 2.6 miles Grasshopper's Stadium - 1 mile Moses Cone Hospital - 0.6 mile Guilford College - 6.7 miles LeBauer Park & City Center Park - 0.9 Friendly Center - 3 miles Arboretum - 4 miles Lindley Park shops & dining - 3.3 miles Tate Street shops & dining - 2.1 miles High Point - 18.2 miles Piedmont Triad International Airport - 11.3 miles Amtrack Station - 1.3 miles
  • Great place and value.

  • What a wonderful little treasure! It was a perfect location for visiting downtown Greensboro. The cottage is just right for a couple to reconnect. The bathroom was wonderful with a beautiful walk in shower. The kitchenette had a bigger than normal fridge with wonderful items for breakfast and had plenty of room for our craft beer we purchased at the local breweries. We had a great meal at M’Caul’s public house. We will definitely be back!

    Susie2019-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • Lora's backyard cottage is a true treasure. It's tastefully decorated and has all one needs for a relaxing stay. My wife and I were in town for the NC Folk Festival and could easily walk to all downtown attractions from the cottage and felt safe walking back at night. Lora's quick with her communications and she gave us privacy so that we could enjoy our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We would definitely recommend a stay at her cottage!

    Patrick2019-09-08T00:00:00Z

Studio apartment in a mid century building located 2 blocks from UNCG and Greensboro College, and about a mile (a short uber or a scooter ride) from the heart of Downtown Greensboro. Light and airy, with a large floor to ceiling window and open plan that accentuates the lightness of the room. Walk in shower with a rainfall head.
Microwave and a coffeemaker, though with the many dining, drinking and coffee places nearby you'll not need them. Off street parking provided for one car.
College Hill is Greensboro's eclectic neighborhood full of students and professors (and us regulars!) that welcomes you with small tree lined streets, a little shopping district with a great sushi place and a dive bar all within walking distance.

  • Excellent place to stay while you are in Greensboro!

    Mona2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • The location was great. I brought my bike and found the area friendly for bikers with the lanes in the street and on the “Greenways”. I stayed during the summer and it wasn’t too busy around the area. Easy to walk to food spots near campus.

    James2019-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at The Fishbowl! The location is perfect if you plan to go downtown or visit the UNCG campus. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very clean.

  • Great place! Clean and easy access.

    Angela2019-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great couple of night at the Fishbowl! While not the quietest getaway, the prime location and thoughtfully-curated amenities make it a fun place to spend a few days, especially if you’re visiting UNCG, Greensboro College or Downtown G’boro. There is no kitchen to speak of, so it’s probably best for shorter stays or those who like to eat out, but the bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and the AC works like a champ (even if it does rumble a bit). Bert was very responsive when we had issues or questions - We would definitely stay again!

    Anne-Marie2019-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute and stylish space right next to UNCG campus. Hosts were super responsive about any questions. This is a charming place and we would stay again.

Enjoy comfort & convenience in our newly-renovated, lower-level in-home apt. A private entry, kitchenette & laundry room provide the amenities of home. Relax in the media room or get to work in a dedicated work-space. Indulge in extra shut-eye in the queen-size bed; blackout shades facilitate restful sleep. Our location is nearby a neighborhood park & an easy walk to restaurants & bars; adjacent to Wendover, Battleground, & Elm St./downtown; 3.6 mi. to the Coliseum/GAC; 19 mi. from Elon Univ.
Your stay, your way! You will feel tucked away but not forgotten in this lower-level, daylight unit. If you want to use the space as a place to relax and refresh, you can do so: shutter the blinds, dim the lights, and get cozy. If you want to use the space as a "home base" while exploring Greensboro, you can do so: we are centrally located with immediate access to major thoroughfares (Wendover Ave., Cone Blvd., Battleground Ave., North Elm St., and Lawndale Dr. are all in close proximity). Our neighborhood is walkable for exercise as well as amenities, so we encourage you to stretch your legs and enjoy it!
Old Irving Park is a desirable neighborhood in Greensboro due primarily to the gorgeous vistas courtesy of Greensboro Country Club's splendid golf course, which bisects the neighborhood. Streets are lined with massive old oaks and community parks run alongside streams in several places. The neighborhood is also touched by the Downtown Greenway, which provides a great opportunity to explore downtown on foot.
  • Great neighborhood, great space and close to GAC! Anne and Josh were great and had everything for us that we needed! Great to stay in a “house” and not hotel for a week!

  • Our family had an outstanding stay. The Airbnb exceeded our expectations and was one of the best Airbnb’s that we have stayed at. Extremely clean, and the decor was very nice. No more than 5-10 mins to downtown. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

My house looks English and I am English. Be warned, you might experience some laconic Anglo-Saxon humour. I can accommodate six people in three rooms. So if you want to stay with an elderly Brit being as Jeeves-like (but not Basil Fawlty-ish I hope) as he can, then my rooms will suit you well. One second floor rear room (15' x 15') has a queen-sized bed, a clothes closet but you share a bathroom, with the single room across the landing. It has a shower. Each week my beautiful year old grand-daughter, Ava, spends a few afternoons here. So if you have a child around that age, I'm sure Ava won't complain about your child using her play-pen, high chair, jumpy-up- and- down thingy and her toys, or even the stroller. We could easily put her cot in your room for the nights. I am children friendly, often mistaken in December for Mr. S Claus.

    Christian2017-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Keith is very nice, his house was very clean. The bed mattress was wrapped in plastic cover which was good. The shower is a stall, so bring your portable stuff. It's a very peaceful and quiet place. And there's a running trail outside in the park next to the creek. This location is perfect very close to everything. Literally six minutes away from anywhere you want to (Hidden by Airbnb) map

    Johanna2016-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Keith is a gracious host. He was available if you needed him, but was very respectful of our privacy during our stay. In addition to a comfy bed, he allows kitchen privileges with cabinet and refrigerator space for guests. The 2nd floor room we stayed in was a little warm (August) but the ceiling fan helped to keep the air moving.

    Mick2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Keith was a wonderful host! He made sure to show us where we could put our groceries and our towels. There were clearly labeled towel racks in the communal bathroom, along with plenty of shelf space for any of our other bathroom necessities. The bed was comfortable, but could have used fluffier pillows. But in Keiths defense we didn't ask him if he had extras. The closet had tons of space and he even provided plenty of different types of hangers. We didn't use any of the other amenities such as the kitchen and washer and dryer, but Keith made sure that we knew they were available. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and would recommend his house to anyone!

    Kylie2016-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • Keith was a welcoming host. He met me with very short notice when I arrived in the afternoon. The room was as described and comfortable. I got two good nights of sleep.

    Kathryn2017-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • This is where I'll stay if I am ever back in Greensboro. Perfect location, close to everything including a walking path along a stream right outside his front door!! A nice neighborhood, a quaint house, equipped with everything you need. Quite the find.

    Dru2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Great place easy to deal with would stay again

    Seth2019-03-31T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay with Keith was delightful. My wife and I were in North Carolina for the weekend to visit our daughter in college. Keith was very warm and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and his tour of the house was thorough. The location was beautiful and the scenery was spectacular. On our second day we chatted with Keith for a good while and even met his granddaughter Ava. She was so sweet. We are thankful for our stay and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Greensboro.

  • Keisha was diligent in trying to get the TV to work. As there was a problem with the antenna, she signed us onto her Netflex. It was great! (We had never been exposed to it before.) The house was spacious which was great for one sleeper and one early riser. The location was very convenient for everything that we wanted to see. After camping for 5 days, the washer and dryer were very much appreciated! As we really love old homes, it was perfect for us!

  • This Airbnb was better than some of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's immaculately clean and tidy. There's a kitchenette, which would be perfect for longer stays. It's private, quiet, and cozy. It's also adorably cute. Kristi's excellent with communication and a great host. I cannot recommend this one enough!

  • Nicole and Tal were such fantastic hosts! This was my first time in Greensboro, NC and I felt so welcomed due to how they decorated the space (personalized welcome sign). The space was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for our belongings. Overall, such a wonderful experience!

    Allie2019-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • This place is top notch! Everything was perfect. The place was extremely clean, styled well and we loved the personal touch Nicole added!

    Julie2019-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Had a nice stay here for a few days. The room is very cute and comfortable. Loved the thoughtful touches like a little bowl of chocolates and a welcome sign with my name in the room, robes and makeup towels in the bathroom, etc. I wish the downstairs space had been more functional as it's quite large but rather sparsely decorated. It would have been nice to have a couch or comfy chairs to lounge on. For the price though this place is an amazing value and great location.

    Dorothy2019-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful space ! Beautiful neighborhood ! Birds singing in the trees early morning !

    Chris2019-05-29T00:00:00Z

If I’m Ever back in Greensboro, I’ll be back here for sure!!

My place is warm, spacious, and welcoming; close to Moses Cone Hospital, A&T, the city center, nightlife, parks, and public transport. You’ll love the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people, and the light-filled sitting areas. The suite is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families. Accommodation is suitable for one or two single adults, one adult couple with two small children, or one adult couple with an extra adult companion.
The suite consists of a large private sitting area with table and chairs, a futon, dresser, and closet; a private bathroom with shower, toiletries, a full-length mirror, and large linen cupboard; a bedroom with queen-size bed and reading lamps. The queen-size bed sleeps two adults comfortably. The futon converts to a double-size bed, user-friendly for one adult or two children. The suite allows for complete guest privacy (with doors). The light-filled breakfast room gives guests their own dinnerware, kitchen utensils, refrigeration, and coffee brewer. The dining area, the kitchen with 6-burner commercial range, and the laundry room are shared with the host family.
Part of two charming side-by-side historic neighborhoods, with many fine examples of early 1900s architecture. Nice parks, great walking areas with friendly neighbors.
  • I enjoyed having a sitting room and section of the house to myself. It was quiet and private. I also had a pleasant walk to the downtown area where there were a number of things to do and see. The bed was softer than I am used to but I slept well.

    Bruce2017-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Hope's home is wonderful and she is an excellent hostess! She provided wonderful coffee, bottled water, toiletries, a separate mini fridge, and some other snacks and breakfast items. The suite was very clean and comfortable, with lots of character. I was in town for a meeting that ended up running long and was unsure if I would need to make arrangements for an additional night, and she was very ready to help me if needed. I would definitely recommend.

    Jessica2017-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • The space was SO comfortable, clean and exactly what we wanted for our stay! The neighborhood was great, I was able to go running and it was safe, pretty, interesting, and easily accessible to all that we wanted to do in the area. Communication was perfect, check in was seamless, and Hope provided everything we needed (and more!). We REALLY enjoyed our stay and will DEFINITELY make Hope's home our first choice if we get back to the Greensboro area! I could not recommend it more highly!

The Cottage is a cozy studio style guest house in Downtown Greensboro. This is a thoughtfully furnished, comfortable, and immaculate apartment in the heart of downtown. Lots of light and private. Easy, independent check-in/out w/ electronic lock. This is a studio apartment with two beds--a queen sized murphy bed, and a queen sized sofa bed. It is best suited for singles, couples, or people that feel comfortable sleeping in the same space.
The Cottage is quaint and homey, clean and comfortable and centrally located, but also quiet and very private. Walk to all the best that Downtown Greensboro has to offer. It will feel like a home away from home! If The Cottage is not available for your desired nights, please consider checking out our other apartments--The Studio, The Suite, The Platinum, The Gem or The Loft. All of my apartments are located next door to each other-- they all have the same great downtown location and their own individual style. If you are visiting the area for High Point Furniture Market, our downtown apartment is about a 7 min walk to the Biltmore Hotel Furniture Market FREE shuttle pick-up and drop off. You can fly into the airport, take a taxi to the apartment and then use the free shuttle each day to get to Furniture Market and back, eating out at the many restaurants a few minutes walk away. A great way to save $ on a rental car--you can work/visit the furniture market each day and enjoy downtown Greensboro each evening! You can instant book our place until 2 pm on the day of your stay. You are welcome to message me to see if the apartment is available that day if it is after 2 pm. I hope I will be able to accommodate your last minute booking!

  • Sparkling clean and so convenient to everything. We like this place so much that we spent two separate weeks here this summer!! LOVE IT!

    Alyson2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • I have stayed in all of Justin’s suites but this was the first time we have stayed in the 2bdrm house. It was just as I expected it to be! It’s always like home when staying in ANY of Justin’s rentals. Always sparkling clean, stocked with necessities, even coffee and creamer! The bedding and linens are so comfy you will sleep in past 10am, at least we did! We had to evacuate our home due to Florence. Justin was very accommodating and made sure had everything we needed, even brought us a source for light and offered a generator in case our power went out during our stay. It’s not just the cleanliness/coziness of his homes but the hospitality of the host that will always keep us coming back!

  • Carrie's AirBnb was absolutely perfect for us in every way. I like that they had a driveway and carport so we didn't have to park on the street. The bungalow is a tiny one story house that appears to have been re-modeled. I love the kitchen sink and all of the furniture and appliances. They are all brand new and beautiful, I'm pretty jealous of that sink faucet! The thermostat was easy to control and turn up when I was cold, and the TV was easy to control and had lots of channels and choices to watch. I am a tea enthusiast so I was extra excited to see that she had a variety of teas to make as well as a tea kettle. She had full size shampoo, conditioner, and face wash in the bathroom and I took a very nice bath in the deep tub. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were fresh. I'm glad I was able to bring Weetzie (my chihuahua) with us, too. My only tiny little nitpick would be maybe some extra throw blankets, but my stay here was almost perfect! 10/10 would recommend

    David2018-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first Airbnb experience & it was perfect for our needs while visiting Greensboro for a concert! The convenient location to downtown & Greensboro Colesium made it a easy drive & Uber ride to where we needed to go. Host Carrie was courteous & quick to respond to all of our questions leading up to our stay. Check-in was seamless & the sparking clean house was so comfortable & well appointed! Such nice touches like coffee, hot tea, soft linens & fragrant handsoaps. There was even a fresh sprig of rosemary on the stove for us! A huge bonus was that our fur baby could join us here. Would definitely stay again if back in Greensboro.

    Bridget2019-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • Carrie’s place was such a treat for us. It was conveniently located not just to downtown but several other parts of town which made exploring really easy. It felt cozy inside and the only thing we needed was more time to relax and spend inside! I would not only stay here again in a heartbeat but would recommend it to others, as well.

  • Michael was a great host! The description and pictures of the condo are spot on. Being able to stay close to downtown was a huge plus. Our stay came around the same time, coincidentally, as Hurricane Michael hit Greensboro. Host Michael provided battery powered lanterns in case the power went out (which it never did, thankfully!). The kitchen was well appointed with utensils, filtered water and a Keurig with pods. There were TVs in the living room and each bedroom. Comfy beds, pillows and linens. Overall a very nice stay. I recommend this two bedroom, cozy condo.

  • You will love it! Charlotte is a great host!

  • We had a terrific stay and were very impressed with this apartment. It had all we needed (and more!). It is tastefully decorated and modernized, while maintaining its historical integrity. The neighbors were quiet. Charlotte responded quickly to any questions we had. It was very welcoming and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this place!

    Elizabeth2019-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • Basic but clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities you need, especially a basket of snacks! Charlotte communicated promptly and was eager to meet my particular needs.

    Arthur2019-04-07T00:00:00Z
  • Charlotte’s place is the perfect get away for Greensboro. Everything is a 10min $10 Uber ride or closer away from this perfect location. The place was clean and made you feel at home for a weekend. Highly recommended.

    Kristen2019-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay. We picked it due to the location being near the Greensboro science center. We only stayed for a night as we were just on our way back home but perfect for what we need! Charlotte was very responsive and had many suggestions of places to go/thing to do although we didn’t get to try any of them out!

    Ashlyn2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Charlotte was a wonderful host. She checked in with me and had quick response if I had any questions. The apt is stylish and comfy with everything you’ll need. She had nice snacks and water for us when we got in. It’s also extremely close to a lot of stores, a hospital and a gym. There are a lot of stairs but besides that I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

My home is close to family-friendly activities - downtown events, parks (including free basketball and tennis courts), the Coliseum, local breweries, restaurants, theaters, museums, aquatic center (international sized aquatic pool), UNCG, Greensboro College, UNCG Music Centre (EMF), YMCA, short drive to Guilford College (EMF) and shopping My house looks English and I am English. My house looks English and I am English. Be warned, you might experience some laconic Anglo-Saxon humour. So if you want to stay with an elderly Brit being as Jeeves-like as he can, then my rooms will suit you well. In the best traditions, I will ask you what your party likes for breakfast and make sure it is here for you - within reason of course. Mine is a large house, 90 years old but fully modernized. It is situated in the historic neighbourhood of Westerwood, mostly early 20th century houses, just to the west of downtown Greensboro. You can see downtown from my house yard. But it is rather like living in the country - in the middle of a town. I am very proud of this Tudor revival house - it's almost elegant! I have lived here for almost 40 years and I rent five rooms. One second floor front room (15' x 15') has a queen-sized bed, a clothes closet and you share a bathroom (shower only) with just one other room.

So if you have a child around that age, I'm sure she won't complain about your child using her play-pen, high chair, jumpy-up- and- down thingy and her toys, or even the stroller. We could easily put her cot in your room for the nights. I am children friendly, often mistaken in December for Mr. S Claus. • Keith's place is a great place to stay when in Greensboro. His home is near a lot of great places (check out Geeksboro if you need a fun place to chill or meet friends--they have all kinds of beverages, plenty of board games, and other great entertainment). Communication was great and everything was pretty laid back. We only saw Keith the first day when we checked in. There were a couple other guests but we never bumped into anyone. Room 1 has its own bathroom and TV, a great room if you want the same basics of a hotel room. Travel in and out of the location is easy and you can catch a major road simply and quickly. Do know that it's an older home and has a few older home quirks. BUT the hot water is hot (you can adjust to be just perfect) and gets hot SUPER fast, like immediately! Great hot showers! We will definitely keep this location on our list for a place to stay when visiting family in Greensboro.

  • I was very pleased with my stay here. It was impressively clean, peaceful, and quaint. I was here for work and had long work days, so I did not interact much around the house, but my room and bathroom were really clean and peaceful. I would stay here again.

    Tameka2016-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely home in great neighborhood conveniently located to many Greensboro points of interest. Keith is interesting and interested but not obtrusive. I especially enjoyed the water garden and would like to have spent more time there.

    Julie2016-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great location in a residential neighborhood. About a 20 min drive to the shuttle parking for the High Point Market. Keith has made the kitchen available and stocked with cereals and coffee. Nice setup. Excellent wifi for business use. This is an older home. Everything worked. Very comfortable bed. Could use a little cleaning in the bathroom. No problem during our three night stay.
