Au programme

We welcome you at our beautiful workshop location, on a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and beauty of nature. Around sunset you can enjoy the alchemy of colours in the sky. We will start with a short warming up exercise, to relax your body and wake up your energy. We do some easy breath exercises to become fully aware of your physical body and the space you are in. Next we will transition into a sequence of easy, gentle and relaxed movements, inspired by the tradition of Qi Gong. The objective of these movements is to relax your body, to let go of tension, and to facilitate the natural flow of energy throughout your body. The movements are specially designed to be easy, relaxed, and enjoyable. We finish the Qi Gong exercises with a relaxing meditation, to calm down and relax even deeper. After the Qi Gong session a surprisingly delicious and healthy dinner will be served. Our chef has her roots in the Asian cuisine. She loves to work with fresh and local ingredients, which we harvest ourselves at local farms. She has lots of experience in glutenfree and lactosefree cooking. The culinary options vary from paleo to vegan, and everything in between. Key elements of the dinner are: a passion for beautiful ingredients and healthy food.

I am Jeroen van Weeghel, an experienced practitioner of Qi Gong and internal arts in the tradition of Daoism. I am a professional philosopher and work as a facilitator and researcher. In my work I combine the theory and practice of Daoism to guide you through a profound experience of relaxation, connection, and growth. I adjust every workshop to the level and situation of each participant. In my daily work, I facilitate group and individual sessions, based on a mix of tools which I use in my own unique way. My partner Joyce Yuen is a chef in Ibiza and mainly cooks for private retreats and boat charters. She uses influences from her Asian roots in the various dishes. Her inspiration is broad, from vegan to paleo. We use ingredients from local farms in the food we serve.
