Pilates would include a warm up of 10 minutes, then depending on your preferences we will have a main component a various exercises based on the Pilates method to help develop strength in the targeted areas. It will be safe and efficient. 10 minutes of stretch and relaxation will follow to leave you chilled and ready for the rest of the day. HIIT will involve a 10 mins warm up (running in the park…
