Bamboo Thai Cooking School is run by Anya who was born and raised in Hua Hin and moved to Sydney Australia at 19. While in Sydney, Anya learnt to cook in her uncle’s restaurant Orange Thai in Macleay St Potts Point.
Anya has a great passion not only in cooking but also growing fresh, home grown ingredients.
