Le lieu

We'll start at an indoor conference room where we can talk, show slides and videos and re-configure our phones. Then we'll walk two blocks to the San Francisco Botanical Gardens and re-convene in the Garden of Fragrance, where we'll practice mindfulness outdoors, and explore deeper needs our phones are fulfilling and how to meet them in different (healthier) ways.
