Travel with us across the Grandma's kitchen around Italy to learn the authentic traditional recipes.
There will be 5 crazy grandmas, their granddaughters and their entire families ready to welcome you in their own home... like you’re there, minus the jet lag!

Monday- Trofie with Pistachio pesto (vegan)
Tuesday - Fettuccine with Ragu
Wednesday - Ravioli with ricotta and spinach (veg)
Thursday - Gnocchi with Pesto (veg)
Friday - Classic Lasagne
Saturday - Fettuccine with tomato sauce (veg)/Pumpking Gnocchi (Seasonal Veggie recipe)
Sunday - white Cannelloni (veg)/Chickpeas flour Tagliolini (starting as of February)
SPECIAL dessert: Tiramisu class on Saturdays!!
SAN VALENTINE'S Chocolate Ravioli every Sunday in February!
GLUTEN FREE recipes under request every day!
How does it work? Just check our calendar, choose your date, and book it!
Once you do, I'll send you a message with all the live streaming info, the full ingredients and tools list (according with the recipe you chose) PLUS some fun extras like wine pairings, Italian music suggestions, and more. Check your group chat and... just wait for your Crazy Pasta Day!

We did this as a team activity. We are a big team of software engineers, and the hosts just made it magical for us. The hosts are very thoughtful, personalize the experience, talk to everyone on the team, make it lively and do a great job teaching pasta making. We made Gnocchi and Pesto and loved how our pastas came out. The hosts checked our work when it was in progress and gave us good tips to get the technique right.

My team of about 8 took this class together and it was a blast. Chiara and Nonna are great at explaining the steps that need to be taken, and at giving feedback along the way to help you stay on track. It was a delightful experience learning from them both. I chose a gluten free all-purpose flour and wasn't sure how that would go but my pasta turned out fantastic! Loved the music, and the playful approach to this class. Thank you!
