Au programme

I will give a brief overview of Tai Chi and Qi Gong so that you get an understanding of what we will be doing in the class.

We will begin with some gentle stretching followed by some Tai Chi and Qi Gong that encourage slow sweeping movements with deep breathing, finishing off with a beautiful singing bowl meditation to relax the body and still the mind.

This experience is designed to get you moving and breathing gently & deeply to restore balance and peace to your entire being.

At the end of class we can have a talk and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions.

I have tai chi straight sword, broadsword and tai chi fans that I can show on request. These are weapons I have used in competitions and performances over the years.

If the class time does not suit, please message me to discuss other alternatives.

This experience is great for team building activities, corporate events, private birthday celebrations and a lovely gift idea to share with a loved one or family members.

Other things to note
Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in. You can wear comfortable shoes like sneakers or soft soled shoes, or if you prefer you can also do this barefoot. No prior experience is required.

I've been doing martial arts for over 20 years, competed in Tai Chi internationally, performed at Chinese New Year festivals and events and am actively involved in the Tai Chi community.

For me Tai Chi is like a “moving meditation” – I get to work out my body while doing it in a relaxing way that feels good. The slow gentle movements with breathing help relax my body and mind. I practice daily meditation and love using the beautiful tones of the singing bowl to help relax the body and instill an inner peace.

I love travelling, health and fitness, meeting new people, looking after our environment and enjoying the wonderful world we live in.

It was amazing and very relaxing. Theresa is super nice and patiently explained tai chi to me. I got lucky and ended up having a private session with her so it was even more personable. Highly recommended!

It was an excellent class and Teresa was great with her knowledge of the topic. Only of there could be a mic or something connected when Teresa does the Tai Chi. Or may be I could have had my head phones ready n used it to her the instructions

Relaxing, interesting, peaceful, graceful, and artful all wrapped up in a lovely 90 minutes of a bliss-full experience. Theresa has very easy way about her, and I enjoyed her teaching style. I loved this experience. Must try!

Such a beautiful experience. I felt so grounded by beginning with some Tai Chi moves. My breathing was slow, my movements fluid, and my mind stress free for the time. Ending with a great meditation that set my mind right. I would definitely recommend this experience to relax!
