An hour-long leisurely jog along the South Bank of the Thames and its environs, taking in some well known and lesser known sights followed by a relaxing 30 minute outdoor yoga class and then a half pint of ale or a cup of tea at the Dickens Inn, an 18th Century pub overlooking St Katherine's Docks marina.
