I welcome you to enjoy a staple in the Baltimore, and DMV area: Seafood Boil Dinner. This dinner is complete with the staples Snow Crab Legs, Shrimp, Corn on the Cob, Red Potatoes, and of course the staple seafood Boil Juice and our Made from Scratch Lemon Butter Sauce.
What’s a social dining experience without wine? We’ll serve a nice cold bottle of Rosé wine to wash it all down.
Looking for desert after? Look no further. We’ll serve a nice cheesecake desert for the final “cherry on top.”
Of course, there’s no “social” aspect without music. We’ll play music tailored to your liking. Take the aux, set the mood, be in control of your night.
Included with this price: food cost, labor cost, set up and clean up. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SHOW UP WITH YOU AND YOURS.

Sooo let me tell you a little about myself. First and foremost I’ve lived in Maryland for my ENTIRE adult life (since 18). Not only have I learned about the food culture professionally, I’ve embraced it as a MD resident. Seafood Boils have been and will always be a good staple in Baltimore and the DMV.
Secondly, being a pescatarian (seafood eater only) as well as a chef gives me a unique insight on cooking seafood to perfection as I cook it essentially everyday.
Lastly, I’ll tell you about my career. After culinary trade school (in High School), I’ve graduated from College majoring in Restaurant Management. After becoming an executive chef for a multimillion dollar account, I decided to create my own business where I’ve cooks for multiple celebrities and high profile people. Not long ago I’ve opened my restaurant in Baltimore.

Honestly don't know where to begin about this private experience with Hakeem. It was extraordinary. Hakeem was booked to provide a surprise dinner, and he arrived prepared -- pots, pans, utensils, all the food (of course, but I'm still irritated with myself for not explicitly requesting lobster to be added to the seafood menu), and seasonings. He'd only requested we have paper towels and newspaper on hand, which we did. He cooked, cleaned up after himself, and left us stuffing our faces. We had a seafood boil that consisted of red potatoes, shrimp, and crab. Everything was cooked to perfection. The buttery sauce was everything. We ate with our hands. Knives and forks would, simply, get in the way. The only thing missing was wine. And although we really didn't need it but after all that seasoning, a sweet dessert would have been great. However, as full as we were, where would we have put it? We were FULL to overflowing. When we went to bed that night, we slept like rocks. Wild horses wouldn't have been able to wake us! Hakeem is polite, and has such a pleasant disposition. Yes, you can go to a restaurant, but it was nice to have a private chef come over and spoil us for the evening. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
