Ayu and Ngurah are excellent hosts! They were more than willing to answer any questions and checked on each person's progress throughout the class. The food tastes delicious! I will definitely be making these dishes again. I highly recommend taking this class!

The beef randang was incredible! This is a dish that's so helpful to make over zoom because the colour and texture changes. We needed a little more time, but it turned out amazingly well. This was my second class with Ngurah and Ayu, and I will come back again for more. :) Thank you!

Ngurah and Ayu are great hosts. I can't see how this can be any better. The preparation instructions are very detailed and both are very patient assisting the attendees with their cooking process. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn some Balinese dishes or just have this as a fun event with friends, family or colleagues!
