Welcome to this mindful experience!
Take time out for yourself in this beautiful, natural forest to de-stress.

Benefit from the synergy created in this outdoor environment & involvement of like-minded participants.

Learn effective techniques to allow your body the space to re-balance. Though you'll practise how to do this with the support of the forest, you'll also be shown how these techniques can be adapted into your everyday life. You have the advantage of receiving the best of both worlds!

Develop your understanding of how these grounding techniques connect with various systems in the physical body, as well as how they can generate positive change.

Kathryn will guide you through every step of the way with demonstrations & information to benefit your experience. Questions to support your process are always welcome!

You'll be given the opportunity to grow your self-awareness through specialised breathwork & movement. The activities can be accommodated to everyone, of all levels. All that’s needed is a willingness to participate.

We'll begin our journey at the meeting point, followed by a short walk to the chosen forest workspace for the group to practise together.

I’m an accredited Reflexologist, Yoga Instructor, & Reiki Teacher. I’ve worked with intuitive abundant energies for over 10yrs & personally since childhood. Although I've grown (& will always grow) my natural connection to the energetic field, I take a very grounded approach in workshops & private sessions.
Holding space for others to facilitate their transformation never ceases to amaze me.
