We will meet in the Romantic Zone, Old Center of Puerto Vallarta and take urban transport direction south of the city.

After a 25 min ride we get off at a picturesque fisher town where we will start our hike following the riverbank and the sea.
From there we start our ascent in the tropical forest with some amazing views!

After a short hike trough the jungle we descend to our first destination: Colomitos Beach, officially the smallest beach in Mexico!
After a rest and pictures we continue our path and leave the many tourist behind us to explore more hidden beaches.

Here we have the opportunity to swim alone and feel in paradise.
If the sea is calm, we will visit a secret place where to snorkel and observe a great diversity of fish!

After this refreshing break we'll continue or way to even more desolate beaches with incredible wildlife!

At our final destination and last beach there is the option to have an incredible seafood plate before to take the boat back to the fishertown.

It was everything that was described and much more as Anthony was an expert when it came to showing us the surrounding area. We ended up jumping off rocks into a small bay and went snorkeling in it afterwards where we saw plenty of fish! Never seen so many pufferfish before. FYI bring water, snacks, and make sure you’re ready to hike in the heat!

What an awesome experience! Our host Antony was great! He is very knowledgeable about the area and had several great stories about his travels as well. We met up with him and the rest of the group at the bus stop. It was easy to find and well described in the listing. The ride was a bit more than 20 minutes but not a problem. The first part of the hike was a little over 2 miles from Boca to Colomitos Beach. There are a lot of ups and downs and steps... tons of steps both up and down. I wouldn't call it rock climbing, but you had to get creative with your footing in a few places. As a larger figured person who is not an avid hiker, it was tough. Someone who is in better shape and hikes often, as others in our group were, they didn't find it nearly as difficult as my wife and I did. Larger folks be warned! Lol! The beach was nice. If you swim over towards the point into the cove, there are some rocks where there were a large variety of fish. Right off the beach, there aren't many rocks and not a whole lot of fish. Swim around and finds lots more. Just watch the waves and the rocks. My wife and I opted to catch a boat ride up to the next beach for 50 Pesos, along with one other in our group. The others continued to hike another 2 miles along the shoreline. We secured a table on the beach, had drinks, visited, and ate lunch while we waited for them. The food at Abelardos was really good. There were several dishes that were well priced and a whole lot of food. The drinks were ok, but pricey. Afterwards, we rode a boat back to Boca and a bus ride back to where we all met. The views along the way were great! The company was awesome! and the whole experience was amazing. If you have the time to take this trip, do it. I am a larger guy and was able to tough out at least the first half of it. Lol. I would do it again but maybe be a little more prepared for it. Overall, the total tour was a little longer than advertised. We left at 10am from the bus stop and returned back to the bus stop around 6:30pm. It was long day but well worth it!
