I will be bringing you on a little 3 mile(round trip) hiking adventure through a wooded neighborhood park in Northern Seattle. It is just north of Ballard, called Carkeek park. We will start at the top of the hill, walk through the tree's and pop out by the beach at the bottom of the park. Once we make it to the beach I will lead you through a short and mindful yoga flow. The yoga flow will last roughly 30 minutes, depending on how long it takes us to hike down.... and then we will loop back around and hike back to the parking lot.

My hope is that you will be able to slow down for a bit, connect with nature, as well as yourself and like minded individuals for 90 minutes. So often we are moving so quickly throughout the day, and this adventure is a big invitation to slow down and create meaningful connection with the world around us.

I have been teaching yoga for 4 years, and I have taken over 700 hour of certified yoga teacher trainings. I am very passionate about teaching yoga 1 on 1 as well as leading groups... I love teaching beginners, everyone can practice yoga as long as they are breathing!

I have been hiking longer than I've taught yoga... I love backpacking, adventuring through the woods and yoga! I figured, why not blend them both while getting to know one another?

Destinations

We'll start at the very top of the hill, and walk down through the woods, passing a few streams along the way, once we get all the way down, we'll hike up and eventually we will pop out to a view of the ocean and the beach, then we will follow the trail all the way down until we reach the beach. Thats when we'll stretch it out, practice a bit of yoga, gaze out into the beautiful puget sound. and then loop all the way back to the parking area.

As an office worker I'm inside everyday, almost. With regard Brianna she was awesome, attentive, and very affectionate. She loves her some yoga. I'm happy to have stepped outside my comfort zone and decided to get out of the office.
