The area is my inspiration, the local organic products are faboulous and I'll offer, not just a pasta making and eating class ( 1 course of pasta served), but a dive into what’s best in the area.
The eggs are from the farm, the different flours are from our neighbours, all the meats and the vegetables are from the village ,everything is organic and locally sourced ...and this makes the difference!

A non conventional cooking class, where you'll learn about homemade pasta, cooking together at home, in a cosy informal setting close to the fireplace.
We'll make typical Italian homade pasta from scratch, I will share our knowledge of the beautiful Lake Maggiore area.
Only high quality fresh, sustainable, seasonal and primarily organic products from the local farmers and producers, our kitchen equipment can be found in most home kitchens. I always use seasonal food.
