Au programme

-Vaccinated individuals only please-
We will begin with a brief 5-10 min. meditation to set our intentions for the day. Then flow with me from asana (pose) to asana, to begin the vinyasa (movement) portion of class; getting our hearts beating and our chakras singing! We will then start to steady the body and mind with some balancing and restorative postures. Finishing up with a delicious savasana (rest) that incorporates aromatherapy, and finally some coffee and great conversation!
Can be modified for all levels!

Other things to note
Dress in layers, early mornings can be chilly. Towels will be provided to cover your mat, or substitute completely.

I am a 500 hr. RYT, and native to the Falmouth area. I was trained in Berkeley, CA by the esteemed Nubia Teixeira, Ashley Sharp, and Baxter Bell. I have also studied at the prestigious Kripalu institute; currently completing the 1,000 hr training program. I am excited to combine the powerful healing energies of the ocean with yoga, meditation and aromatherapy. I have taught in the San Francisco Bay area Southern Arizona and New England; combining mindfulness, meditation, vinyasa, and aromatherapy. I can modify for any level of experience, and what you want to achieve from your yoga practice.

Highly recommend if you are in the area! Good for all experience levels to enjoy the views and start the day right. We would do this each morning if we could! Easy access from the meter spots in a clear location. Rachel was very kind and knowledgeable. Sign up if you can! Hoping next time I’m in the area that I can book again!

Great experience! Overall, Rachel was very friendly and accommodating especially with us being a few minutes late! We booked the experience thinking it would be close to our Airbnb since Airbnb suggested it lol but it was an hour away haha! Needless to say, just check the distance before booking. For us though, it was well worth the drive. We were literally right on the beach on the sand with an amazing clear view of the water and the ocean sounds soothing us the whole time! It was definitely warmer than we all expected, but still very enjoyable. She even offered suggestions of places to eat nearby, but definitely don’t go to the pickle jar! The service was terrible and the food was flavorless! Now Pancake Man is a much better breakfast spot!!!!

Great time if you want to have a calming start to your day! Closing your eyes and listening to the ocean while stretching was perfect!

Rachel was great! My husband and I really enjoyed the meditating and yoga on the beach. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Rachel was knowledgeable and really worked with you at your own pace. You did not need to be an expert yogi to enjoy this experience. Everything was great! Highly recommend!!!

Even if you feel a novace at yoga..give this a try. Rachel is kind patient and supportive. Being on the beach as the sun came up..stretching..breathing..mindful..i wished i lived closer to come on a regular basis

This was an awesome start to our day doing yoga on the beach! Beautiful views and a well structured session. The rest of our day was great because of how relaxing our experience was. Rachel was also able to provide us with suggestions for local activities and food options in Falmouth. I would highly recommend and do this again in the future.
