Why is it so important to be on time in Switzerland? How many languages do the Swiss speak? Are we all rich? On this cultural bike tour of Lucerne, you will discover how and why the Swiss people think and behave differently from the rest of the world. All the while, cruising in and around Lucerne on our specialized electric cargo bikes. The tour has five stops, each offering a different perspective on the fascinating traditions and stereotypes of the nation and its citizens.
From the meeting point, we will ride outside of the city towards Horw, passing stunning historical buildings and continuing to an old railway track near one of the wealthiest areas of Switzerland－the not-so-touristy side of the city. As we reach Lake Lucerne, we will take a break and grab a typical Swiss snack while enjoying a magnificent view of Mount Pilatus and the stunning Swiss Alps. After enjoying the vista and taking a couple of pictures, we’ll cruise around the Horwer Peninsula along a safe street with further spots to take more photos of the impressive landscape.

Ciao, my name is Roberto I am 49% swiss, 49% italian and 2% nomad ;-) Due to my third nationality you can guess whats my big passion. After working in different industries I decided to study hospitality, a great way to combine work and travel. After having lived in Colombia, Mexico and Australia I came back to Switzerland. Besides travelling, sport is my big love. I trained 10 years kickboxing and won two worldchampion titles in Germany.

Destinations
Starting just next to the trainstation we drive behind de impresive KKL to the interesting Tribschen area. From there we continue close to Mount Pilatus on a beautiful cycling lane towards one of the richest areas called Horw. Right next to Lake Lucerne we drive back to Lucerne where we have a mindblowing view right into the swiss alps.

This experience is a very unique way to visit Luzern. We are a family with two active kids and Roberto managed to keep them focused, busy and interested in all the stories, all the time.!!!😅

We totally enjoyed our afternoon with Roberto. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy the outer area of Lucerne and it was fun to travel in the open air. The scenery was beautiful. He is easygoing, humorous, and all around fun to be with. We felt he personalized the tour for us based on our conversation. We highly recommend this tour!

Si deseas conocer lucerna de una manera tranquila sin en el bullicio de la ciudad, Roberto es tu elección ! Es un tour increíble que se lleva acabo por las zonas que no son muy visitadas por lo cual lo hace especial además de una parada rápida a un coffee shop muy especial, para después tomo un rumbo muy especial y hermosas vistas del lago lucerna e inigualables,además de que Roberto es extremadamente agradable y culto por lo que tiene una excelente conversación. Simplemente increíble !!! Lo recomiendo a todos no se arrepentirán!

We cannot imagine any better option how to explore Lucerne in 3 hours. Roberto takes you to places nobody visits on his or her own and helps you to understand what the real life in Lucerne is like. He gives you plenty of really interesting bits of information about architecture, living, traffic and so on in a nice story telling way.
