Au programme

We will start our walking tour in one of Buenos Aires oldest shopping malls, Abasto Shopping, which was built in 1893 and was visited by one of the most famous people in the world, Albert Einstein. We will then walk through Buenos Aires' most famous and well known avenues, until we reach Facultad de Medicina (Buenos Aires Medical School), also built in the 1800s and with an impressive and paranormal history. We'll then get to see one of the world's best and most renowned theates, Teatro Colón. After that, we'll continue walking through Buenos Aires financial district until we bump into the city's heart, the Obelisk, and we'll cross the world's widest avenue, 9 de Julio. A few blocks away, we will arrive to the 2nd and last shopping mall of our tour, Galerias Pacifico, now a luxury shopping mall, but in the past, a clandestine detention and torture center. For the last part of our tour, we will walk a few more blocks (Just a few more, c'mon!) to Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires' luxury neighborhood, and we will finally end this walking tour, in Casa Rosada, Argentina's executive mansion and office of the President.
Other things to note
This is a long walking tour. We'll be seeing most of Buenos Aires in around 3 to 4 hours, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring some water!

I have travelled all around the world and I have not yet found any place like Buenos Aires. And I'm not saying it as someone who was born and raised here and just loves their hometown, I am truly fascinated with this city. It may be its European heritage mixed with latin culture, or the Cosmopolitan vibe it emanates in every corner, but Buenos Aires definitely has something... and I want to show it to you. I've been doing walking tours for the past 2 years with exchange students coming to study to the city, but I'd now like to share my love for Buenos Aires with everyone.
