Experience an effective and fun outdoor workout in beautiful Stanley Park, Vancouver. We will work up a sweat and breathe fresh rainforest air with the mountains and ocean as our backdrop. We’ll do some high intensity interval training—including TRX movements, bodyweight exercises, and some static yoga movements as well. Afterwards, we will go for a coffee at one of my favorite nearby coffee…
