We will have a walk through the historical centre visiting the main squares and streets. I will tell you about the history of the region, the specificity of Catania and will advise about street food and all other restaurants in the city. My name is Antonio and Catania is my native city. I was graduated in classic literature and speak Italian, English, Greek and a bit of Spanish and Russian. Now I'm working as a school teacher. My parents, my grandparents and so on were also born in Catania. So I'm a really Sicilian guy. I love my city and want to tell the tourists about it. I like to travel and I know how is important to know inside information about a city and how it helps to understand better the place.
Destinations
We will meet at the main square (Piazza Duomo), near Fontana dell' Elefante, and we will explore the city walking through the historical centre and visiting the main squares and streets.

Antonio è un ragazzo simpaticissimo, alla mano e molto preparato. Dopo qualche minuto in sua compagnia ti senti già quasi un catanese. Esperienza molto utile per avere un'overview generale ed introduttiva della città e capire come orientarsi e cosa visitare nello specifico. Aggiungiamo i vari consigli che Antonio ci ha dato per ristoranti e l'esperienza è perfettamente completa. Consigliatissimo 👍
