This is a group activity, formatted as bootcamp and consists of three stages:

Stage 1: We will meet at the Caine Road entrance to the elevators and head up to Conduit. Here we will stretch and set the tone for the activity: light jog to the base of the Peak Trail then a solid push (walk) to small playground located 2km from the starting point of the trail.

Stage 2: (Playground) Here we will perform various circuit training exericses such as squats, lunges and dips before another light jog (1km) along the flat section of path located at the front face of the Peak. We will use this opportunity to focus on our tasks ahead for the day & week. Once we reach the Peak we will take a 5 minute break, stretch, replenish fluids; I recommended that you bring a water bottle and towel.

Stage 3: We will then proceed down the very steep decent of the Old Peak Trail - this will also consistent of a slow jog.

We will then complete our session with a final light jog back to our starting point.

In total, we would have covered approx 4.5km (3km up, 1km down)
