Returned after a similar session a year ago. Was even better. Very educational and entertaining. Highly recommend! I'll be back again in the future.

We had a very knowledgeable sommelier. His presentation was informative and clearly explained the formulation and history of the Grand Cru designations. He explained the terroir and typical varietals used by vineyards of each region. It was great to understand how vineyard management and historical references lead to the designations. Session is for serious wine connoisseurs.

If you are into wine, this experience is for you! The choice of champagne and wine was fantastic and the presentation of Gérald was great. Highly recommended.
