The MORNING GROUP WALKING TOUR of Palermo lasts 3 hours. My group tour is not just a food tour, but it's a mix of history, culture, architecture, monuments and street food. The MORNING GROUP WALKING TOUR starts at 9.30 am, with me or with my team of official Tour Guides and we will walk for about 4 km. In the first part of the Walking Tour we will visit monuments and churches and in the second part of the Walking Tour we will explore the big outdoor food market and we will eat the famous street food of Palermo (food included, no fish). At the end of the tour I will give you many suggestions of what you can do on your own in Palermo. You will understand Palermo and its old history! This group tour is not suggested for little children under 7 years old, the group tour is in english. On a typical lesson day we meet in the morning at one of Palermo’s oldest markets, shop around for any items we will need for the lesson and then stroll to the air-conditioned kitchen in The Sicilian Pantry cookery school where we prepare a 4 course Sicilian meal, learning the techniques and tricks needed to recreate it when you return home. Meals are made up of a starter, pasta course, main course and desert (changes can be made for individuals with specific dietary requirements where appropriate). After the lesson we can sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour along with a selection of Sicilian wines rounded off with some homemade liqueurs and coffee. We believe that the true expression of Sicilian cuisine comes from the quality of its fresh seasonal produce so we strive to always ensure that we have the best of what Sicily has to offer in order to share this with our guests. This is an entertaining and informative day out, recommended for cooks of all levels. Partiremo alle 10.00 da Trapani per una giornata di mare in barca tra le Isole di Favignana e Levanzo, tuffandoci in molte calette difficili da raggiungere dalla terraferma, il tutto all'interno dell'Area Marina Protetta più estesa d'Europa che ha permesso al mare di ripopolarsi di una flora e una fauna che scarseggiavano. Paesaggi mozzafiato e luoghi intrisi di storia e di cultura saranno a portata di mano (e di tuffo!) per il giorno più bello della vostra vacanza. La chicca del nostro tour é l'escursione alla suggestiva Grotta degli Innamorati di Favignana che si insinua per circa 30 metri all'interno delle rocce. La randonnée parfaite de détente, d'excitation et d'admiration. Le secret est son grand amour pour l'île, un endroit sacré qu'il a choisi de vivre et de partager sa beauté avec n'importe qui. Sur son bateau, il offre à la fois la visite panoramique des grottes caractéristiques et divers services personnalisés à convenir, tels que des apéritifs au coucher du soleil et des excursions exclusives en couple ou en petits groupes. Il y a deux options pour visiter l'île : le matin, vous partez de l'escalier neuf à 10 h30 pour revenir à 14 h15 ; l'après-midi de 15 h à 18 h15. Vous suivez l'itinéraire naturel en respectant le port de départ, puis vous commencez par la première visite à la "Grotte de Chameau" et à suivre la "Grotte du Tuon" et la "Grotte du Pipa". Une fois que vous aurez tourné le premier point, il y aura le premier arrêt de 15/20 min pour une baignade au Liban. L'arrêt suivant est « Cala Bianca », l'un des quartiers les plus évocateurs de Marettimo, une fois de plus. Ensuite, continuez à découvrir la « grotte perçue », la « ficaredda » et la « grotte de la grotte » et la « grotte du palmier » jusqu'à la « grotte des amoureux » particulière jusqu'à la « grotte des amoureux » particulière pour essayer de nager. En continuant, vous atteindrez toujours la « grotte de Bombard », et enfin, le dernier arrêt au « Finocchio Marino » pour une autre baignade avant de revenir.

Chaque voyageur peut participer aux manœuvres lors de la navigation. Dans de mauvaises conditions météo, l'excursion peut être annulée et vous serez remboursé à 100%

We will drive a van for the sunset to the wild thermal baths located in a less popular place among tourists - about 40 minutes by car from Trapani. The place we will visit is 100% a work of nature. A road hidden between plants leads to it, which is hard to see on the map. After we get out of the car, we have a small stream to go on foot, and we are there! We have a hot spring, three waterfalls, a hot water place hidden in a cave, and a river flowing along the canyon to cool down. You can take a mud bath using a wedge from the cave walls, you can bask in the water or stand under a waterfall for a natural massage, the choice is yours! The place is absolutely amazing and undoubtedly worth a visit. Without a doubt, its charm adds to its wildness and difficult access for tourists!

Il Tour alle isole Egadi comincia alle 10, e dopo aver mollato gli ormeggi durante la navigazione prima di arrivare a Favigana agli ospiti racconteremo la storia della città di Trapani, costellata da miti ed eventi storici di curiosità. Prima di tutto ci sarà la visita all'incantevole isola di Favignana con i suoi scorci più belli e il suo piccolo paesino caratteristico, il tutto sarà accompagnato da aperitivi tra le meravigliose coste della Farfalla sula mare (Favignana). Nel pomeriggio ci dirigeremo verso la selvaggia isola di Levanzo con le sue coste rocciose e il suo fondale Blu. Infine, prima del ritorno a Trapani organizzeremo verso l'orario del tramonto un ultimo aperitivo di fine giornata. Rientro a Trapani previsto per le 18.30 circa.

Condurrò gli ospiti lungo percorsi naturalistici all'interno delle affascinanti riserve naturali che circondano la città di Palermo e non solo. Accompagnerò gli ospiti alla scoperta di sentieri, grotte, cascate e torrenti, percorsi accessibili solo ad una guida esperta. Scopriremo la fauna e la flora, tipica di questi incredibili ecosistemi, veri e propri scrigni di biodiversità. E' possibile scegliere fra 5 itinerari naturalistici diversi che si sviluppano all'interno dei Monti di Palermo e che sceglieremo insieme secondo le vostre necessità e curiosità. L'itinerraio 1) Valle del fiume Oreto è caratterizzato da un percorso che fiancheggia il meraviglioso e fragile ecosistema ripariale e fluviale del fiume Oreto. Ci immergeremo all'interno di una rigogliosa foresta che si estende lungo le sponde del fiume, avendo modo di osservare la tipica e rara ripisilva siciliana. L'itinerario 2) riguarda i Monti di San Martino delle Scale, i monti che sovrastano l'antica città di Monreale. L'itinerario 3) si sviluppa lungo la cresta montuosa delle Serre della Pizzuta riserva naturale tra Altofonte e Piana degli Albanesi. Infine, gli itinerari 4) e 5) comprendono percorsi che si sviluppano all'interno delle riserve naturali orientate di Monte Pellegrino e Monte Gallo, i due sistemi montuosi frapposti fra la città di Palermo e il mare.
