This spacious and high standard apartment guarantees the perfect vacation. From the first minute you will feel more relaxed and welcome. Bright colors, clear structures and small details will let you enjoy this timeless and mediterranean place. This is the biggest suite out of 3 and located on the 1st floor. Private entrance and large private terrace, incl a barbecue and a fridge with ice maker. 3 BR provide enough space for a party of up to 6 persons. Spacious apartments with high standard furniture and interior. Very quiet and nice neighborhood close to a very nice beach (Strozanac). Green garden with big pool area and flowers. 1 master bedroom with separate bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor. Golf and a five-star hotel and casino are nearby, and Split center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. - Direct Bus to/from Split harbor (Bus #30 and #60; 600m from house) - Rental car or own car can be an advantage - Shuttle service (e.g. airport) can be provided upon request - Taxi (1-4 persons) from Split Center to House ~13€ = 15$ (5-6 persons for ~20€) - UBER is also very easy to find and fairly priced Price depending on group and can vary, please ask if something is unclear

Matenda - Modern and vintage - Fully private pool

The house covers an area of 85 m2 with a large garden where guests can use the outdoor swimming pool (dim. 8X4m). The house itself is conceived in two separate apartments. RED apartment (40m2) is located on the north side of the house, while the YELLOW apartment (45 m2) is located on the south side. In each apartment apart from the kitchen and bathroom there is one room with double bed and one sofa bed for two. Both apartments are modernly equipped with all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay. We wanted to give our guests the atmosphere of Dalmatia through a combination of green olive groves and the blue color of the pool. With good food stored on the grill and enjoying the sun under the sunshades we want you to escape from everyday life. Below the surface of the whole house there is a unique tavern that offers hot summer shelter in summer and is ideal for evening gatherings with a drop of good wine. Pretty much everything is brand-new and internet wired. House equipped whit all new home appliances, furniture, bathrooms, dining room and all the necessary things to enjoy. Guests can enjoy in quietly place, just 7 km afar from center of Split. Everything in the house is exclusive to YOU. Everything is up to You. We'd really like to meet You and your family and friends, hand over the keys, share some inside information about our destination and direct You to the local must sees and must tries. But, if You wish full privacy and tranquility during your stay - the whole concept of the house is designed to be intuitive and simple to use. Of course, if at any time You need to reach us, we are always just one phone call away. The house is located in the old part of town, where you will be able to completely fit in with the town's inhabitants and experience the life of the locals. Stobrec is a small and peaceful town a 7-minute drive from the UNESCO heritage city of Split Public transportation is available but it is better to have private car. We take great care of our property but we expect guests to tell us if anything is not working properly and we will PROMPTLY respond & repair.
