Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Right on the edge of the beautiful lake Rotoiti. Relax to the sound of the lapping waves and native bird song. Bifold doors open onto your private deck right by the waters edge. Park your boat/jet ski on the jetty ready for your next adventure AND you can even bring your fur child with you. Take it easy at this private and tranquil getaway with farm views and a quick walk across the road to the beach. We welcome you to our home in Pukehina, newly built self-contained unit abutting the garage of our home. The unit with one bedroom features a kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living/bedroom and an outside deck with free outside parking. The studio has it's own private entrance and access away from the main house.

HAMURANA COTTAGE

Make yourself at home and unwind in our cedar log cottage surrounded by nature. The cottage is up our long driveway overlooking Lake Rotorua. A great place to relax and explore the wonderful attractions that Rotorua has to offer. We are just a short distance away from some of NZs famous trout fishing spots, Hamurana Springs and Hamurana Golf Club. EV Charger is available for charging electric vehicles.
