Tina sent a confirmation email to me to record the extra payment. We are not a large hotel that prints off accounts, just an airbnb. So sorry that she felt she could not trust that we wouldn't try to charge her again perhaps. Our internet is ADSL so we admit it is not the strongest but other people mention when they are having difficulties connecting and we reset the modem which solves the problem most times. I passed on my 10% discount to the family for their tour bookings and we have a reputation of being excellent hosts and providing a better than most facility. Sad to think that me not having a receipt for the $40 masked the other excellent services that we provide and that she felt we were not trustworthy enough.
