Lovely flat in an authentic Haussmannian building. Perfectly situated between Bastille and Père-Lachaise. A 15 minutes walk to ''Le Marais" or République square. The apartment is on the 1st floor for easy access, with a view into the Parisian street.
It's a 40 square meters flat, with the living room looking towards the street and the bedroom towards the heart of the building. The kitchen is completely renovated, equipped with a dishwasher, a laundry machine, an oven, a microwave and a stove.
The bathroom is Italian style and the toilet is separated to provide a better comfort for all the guests.

You can get access to the whole place. The flat is provided with fiber optic wi-fi, plenty of DVD movies and HD TV.

Moving around, places to visit, etc...
The apartment is located about a 1 minute walk from the Métro Voltaire (line 9) that can take you straight to la place de la République, Oberkampf, the Champs-Elysées, Galeries Lafayette (near Opéra), the Eiffel Tower (Trocadéro), Parc des Princes (soccer stadium of the Paris team, Michel-Ange Auteuil, Michel-Ange Molitor or Porte de Saint-Cloud for Roland Garros if you're a tennis fan like us :)
We love this apartment and we would like it if you would use it as if it was your own :)
We love animals but for more convenience, it is a pet-free and smoking free place.
I'm Andres and I'm originally from Colombia. I'm the kind of person who likes to travel around and discover new places. I lived in United States for 7 years where I had the opportunity to live in different places like Nashville and Philadelphia. Since 2014 I have been living in Paris and I loved it. I'm a sport type of guy, I played college tennis in the US and that's how I met Kim-Lea who lately became my wife. Kim is the reason for me to moved to Paris since she is Parisian by heart. We love food, discover new recipes and unique cafes/restaurants in Paris. We are both in the marketing industry but she has a gift in design and decoration. Most of the times we travel light, specially when the vacation trip includes hiking for multiple days or multiple city destinations. we loved to take a book for each trip and there is plenty of music variety between the two of us. If we have to pick one movie to watch again, her choice probably will be the Notebook and I would take Wedding Crashers.
