Échanges avec les voyageurs
The front door is operated using a numerical keypad and code. The code and instructions will be emailed shortly before arrival.
Information and manuals for appliances are left in the property.
I am available by phone, text, or email, in the event of any queries.
The property is about 200 years old, with three storeys, and steep staircases. Therefore it may not be suitable for elderly persons, or those with disabilities.
Please try to avoid marking the walls and staircases while moving luggage around.
No lighting of fires in fireplaces (chimneys are sealed off).
Please leave the house tidy.
I live near Chepstow and renovated the house in Monmouth with a friend, after buying it at auction. It was a huge challenge and very enjoyable.
I work as a freelance structural engineer mainly with bridges and steel structures, but doing less of this now.
In my spare time I love to travel and explore places with my partner Lynne, and love skiing especially the bumps and off-piste.
