A rustic and quiet cabin tucked off of Highway 128 in the redwoods in Navarro. Centrally located in the Anderson Valley, it serves as a great base for adventures to the coast, the woods, or wine tasting.

You have access to the whole house. There will be some fridge and freezer space. There is also an oven, microwave, and coffee maker, however please supply your own food.

Échanges avec les voyageurs

I will not be present.

We arrived late, in the pitch dark, in fact. Despite it all, Andrew's directions led us to straight his place and inside in no-time. On the table were fresh beers from Anderson Valley Brewing and in the bedroom was a comfy bed. If you're looking for a no frills stay in Anderson Valley, this is your spot!

I did not meet Andrew but it looked as though he lived there and just leaves when guests arrive. The place was adequate, like camping with wifi.

Andrew was an excellent host! Communication was easy and clear. He also very generously provided some tasty local brews, which was so nice after our long drive up to Mendo. The cabin definitely has more of laid-back vibe, but that actually works really well for us so we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to our next visit!

We had an excellent stay! The cabin is adorable and has all the necessities. The bed was very comfortable :) A lot of cool information about plants and geography in the house that was very interesting. The location is amazing as you are surrounded by red woods and only 2-3 other small houses. There are cats and chickens hanging out during the day. It was still pretty cold in the morning and at night when we were there in April, so make sure you bring firewood and fire starter. We LOVEd the beer, thanks so much for those!

Andrew’s was a cool place to chill in the woods. It is also a short drive to the coast or wineries/breweries. We never met, but communicated everything well with email, and also had some really good beer!

This little cabin was the perfect retreat for the weekend. The space was cozy, the bed was comfortable and the surroundings were gorgeous. Andrew was easy to communicate with from moment one. He left a note for us upon arrival, outlining pertinent information we would need while staying there. He even left us some beer from Anderson Valley Brewing Company for our stay. Thanks, Andrew!

I'm a botanist and brewer who has slowly made his way up the California coast. Born and raised in Long Beach, I lived in Santa Cruz for 7 years before recently making the move up to the Anderson Valley in Mendocino County. I love the outdoors, including hiking, running, biking, skateboarding, surfing, backpacking... you name it.
