A clean well-equipped bedroom with WI-FI and Air-Condition in a XVI° century building located near the Railway Station Venezia - Santa Lucia.
The apartment is a small collection of our travels: paintings, art-crafts, photos, etc. in a clean, gated building located in a very safe low-tourist area, in the heart of Venice.
2 mins walking from good restaurants, wine-bars, shops and 7 minutes from the railway station Venezia-S. Lucia.
Breakfast is not included.
Why? Enjoy the venetian pastry and small cakes :) There are a lot of bakeries and pastry-shops close the apartment and if you don't like my coffee there is also a famous coffe-shop that roast fresh beans everyday!

You are located in the heart of Venice.
Walking: 2 mins to the boat stop "Guglie", 7 mins to the Railway Station, 12 mins to Piazzale Roma, 25 mins to S. Marco square, 20 mins to Rialto bridge.
By boat: 40 mins to the Airport, in 20 mins you can reach Murano, 35 mins the Lido beach, 30 mins to Biennale.
This is an old building built in XVI° century in a town without cars so you will hear some outside "noise": the waves in the canal or a couple of friends talking or ... a gondolier singing.
Please don't use shoes inside the apartment!
Hi! I'm Miki
I love to travel and explore new areas, sometimes just taking off in the car or boat on a sunny day with the windows down can tame my travelling heart. I am a wine consultant and a foodie, usually a big part of my travel decisions are guided by my desire to discover new cuisines to pair with wines I love. I love to cook, and my favourite Saturday mornings are spent at the market buying ingredients for my special plates.
I'm Petra, Miki's daughter,
I'm graduating in IUAV, the Architecture University of Venice, in the Communication Design Degree. I am responsible, honest and a huge integrity ...
I love my cat, my father food and meeting people from all over the world by traveling abroad or welcoming visitors to Venice!
And we also love to host, old friends and new.
