This Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment and is located in Candolim at “Devashri Sun n Sand Complex.
Being right next to the Golden Tulip Resort and having the I.T.C Fortune Park just around the corner, makes this complex very convenient to reach.
This cozy Apartment rests on the 2nd floor. This apartment can accommodate maximum 6 guests. It has 2 Air-Conditioned bedroom with a double bed and extra mattress are provided.
The Living room has a sofa set which can seat 4-5 persons . Guests can also watch Tata Sky on a LED TV. The living area also has a small plastic tea-poy. The living area also has a balcony that has a view of the side of the Golden Tulip Hotel from here. There is no pool view this apartment. It has a view of the entrance of Sun N Sand from here.
The dining area is attached to the living area & has a LG Micro wave, Phillips Induction plate, Bajaj Double toaster, Kent Ultra advanced UV Water purifier and a single door Whirlpool fridge. It also has a kadhai, frying pan, chappati pan with rolling pin, necessary plates, cups and glasses. The apartment does NOT have a washing machine or hot water kettle.
The Master bedroom is air-conditioned with en-suite and has a king sized bed (7’ long X 6’ wide X 4” thick) and easily sleeps a small family. This room also has a view of the side view of Golden Tulip hotel. There is no balcony here. The bathroom has hot water geyser provided that has 24X7 hot water provision. There is also a double door wardrobe with mirror and hangers.
The guest bed room also has a large sized bed (6’ long X 5 ‘wide X 3 “thick) that sleeps 3 easily. This bedroom does not have an attached bathroom. However, the bathroom has hot water provision. Both the toilets have WC. The guest bedroom also offers a view of the entrance of the Sun N Sand Complex. It does not offer a pool view. None of the bedrooms have TV. There is also a double door cupboard with hangars provided. The room is complete with a dressing table that has a mirror as well
There is a common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.

The guests have access to the swimming pool, garden/lawn, gym and exclusive terrace when outside the apartment. Inside, you have the whole apartment to yourself! Make yourself at home!

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
