Come and visit this quiet and peaceful setting on the Ware River. The estate boasts 290 ft of shoreline. The charming historic cottage is on a 7 acre estate on Ware Neck. This is a great home base for exploring Wlliamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown and Richmond.

The cottage dates to 1790, has hand hewn beams, fireplaces in bedroom and living room, ceiling fans in Bedroom and on porch. Though historic, the cottage has been nicely updated with central heat and central AC . The cottage faces a restored icehouse from the eighteenth century. I am a gardener, beekeeper, and anesthesiologist. I enjoy being out doors, traveling , books that i can't put down, fresh sheets, and my family. I am a laid back, fly by the seat of my pants type of traveler, believing that the best experiences are most often stumbled upon.I am independent and tidy and would make an excellent guest.
