Hale Kai O'Kona is an exclusive oceanfront Hawaii vacation home one mile south of the town of Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our home is a 2400 Sq. Ft. end property with no connecting walls. The beauty and privacy of this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is unsurpassed.
Whale, dolphin, turtle and other marine life have all been spotted directly from our lanais. Wonderful Hawaiian sunsets, viewed from the privacy of our lanai, are a beautiful way to end your day in paradise. The Big Island of Hawaii is the perfect spot to enjoy your dream vacation, honeymoon, or family get-together.
Whatever brings you to these beautiful islands; surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sport fishing, sightseeing, golfing, or just some sunbathing and Kona coffee in a tropical paradise, our luxury vacation home offers the finest starting point for your island day.

Both the Living Area and Master Suite have Oceanfront Lanais that run the full length of the home. A pair of large, sliding glass doors, provides access to the lanais and ensure unobstructed views of Hawaii's Pacific Ocean. Whale, Dolphin, Turtle, Rays, and other marine life are often observed directly from the lanais.
The surf, sandy beach and black lava are only a few yards away. Restricted beach access ensures privacy and seclusion.
We are an end unit with no connecting walls to the other units in the community. There are only eight homes in this development to ensure quiet seclusion.
The Master Bedroom has one king-size bed, a private jacuzzi bath, private oceanfront lanai, breakfast area, walk -in closet and its own kitchenette and wet bar and also has a TV with HD Cable. The Second and Third Upstairs Bedrooms both have Queen-size beds and share a large bath with shower over tub. The Fourth Downstairs Bedroom has two Twin-size beds and has its own private bath with shower.
The Kitchen includes Microwave, Oven & Stove, Dishwasher, Large Refrigerator, Coffeemaker and Toaster. In addition to a formal dining area and Lanai dining, the kitchen features a breakfast bar for additional seating.The Laundry Area is separate, just off the kitchen area and has a large capacity Washer and Dryer. Just off the laundry is a back porch with a nearby garden hose for gear rinsing needs. There is no BBQ available for guests on this property. Sleeps 8-10 people. Covered Carport for up to 2 tandem vehicles.

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
