It was the former home of the MasterCard, Senior Skins championship. World class golf, tennis, pristine beaches and private spa are just a few of the many resort amenities. The Villages also includes its own exercise facility and private pool and heated spa.
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has approximately 2200 square feet of interior living space and over 400 square feet of covered lanai. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, high end appliances, and a center island. There is a spacious living room with cable TV, CD/DVD, ceiling fan, and a dining area with seating for 6. There are large 3 panel sliding glass pocket doors that recede into the wall and open to the living room & large covered lanais for enjoyable indoor/outdoor living. The back lanai has a built in outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and seating for six. The suites offer one King and Queen Bed and the third guest bedroom has 2 double beds.
Only 10 minutes from Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches. Enjoy many other exciting activities also including seasonal whale watching, star gazing at Mauna Kea, kayaking, snorkeling and scuba diving. Renters have access to the incredible Mauna Lani Beach Club with great snorkeling right off the beach for no extra cost.
There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 during Christmas holiday. This is a non-smoking, no pets home.

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
