Luxury oceanfront villa! This beautiful 1900 square foot villa is steps from the ocean with a 450 foot private lanai complete with a dining area, lounge chairs and grassy backyard. Enjoy magnificent sunsets year round and watch the whales and dolphins play. This villa is perfectly situated between two oceanfront pools with a hot tub, BBQ’s, showers and bathrooms.

This high end villa comes complete with all the amenities. The modern kitchen has granite countertops, beautiful cabinets fully stocked with everything you need. The dining room overlooks a wet bar and a large living room with soaring 12’ ceilings. The spacious living room is complete with a pull out couch, chaise and a 65” flat screen smart television. The bedroom wing features two master suites each with a king bed, flat screen television’s and full bathrooms. Additionally the hallway offers another bathroom. This large villa includes two air conditioning controls, one for the living, dining and kitchen and one for the bedrooms. This one of a kind home offers Wi-Fi, cable, DVD’s / player, boogie boards, games and full size washer/dryer.

Some additional amenities offered by this Premier Resort are: Ocean front salt water and fresh water swimming pools, hot tub and sauna, poolside BBQ grills, game room, tennis court along with weekly events such as lei-making, pupus, movie night and more. The location is unmatched! The heart of Kailua-Kona is one mile north, where you will find shopping, restaurants, beaches, farmers market, historic attractions and many activities all along this beautiful road which you can walk, hop on the trolley or drive. To the south you will find another famers market, salt water tide pool, more swimming and snorkeling beaches, shopping center with movie theatre and restaurants.

This is a no smoking, no pets property. 3 night minimum, 10 nights during Christmas and Ironman.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Really well equipped. Beautifully furnished. Great location. Lovely views of the sea. Best condo we've stayed in in Hawaii. Thank you for having us!

Aloha and E' Komo Mai (welcome) to Hawaii Island (Big Island).
We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
We were voted the "Best Vacation Rental Agency" for 2015 and 2016- Best of Hawai'i - Lei Niho Palaoa Awards. We credit these great ratings to our reservations, maintenance and inspection teams.
