The townhouse resides in the Waikoloa Colony Villas, a luxury, gated community, located in the prestigious Waikoloa Beach Resort. Enjoy views of mountains and the 10th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Resort's Beach Golf Course, one of two championship golf courses in the Resort, from the lanais off the master bedroom or the dining room. Walk out in the grass and see the mountains of Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hualalai, Kohala, and swaying palm trees.
Waikoloa Colony Villas has beautifully manicured grounds, two swimming pools, a spa pool, an exercise room and gas grills available to all residents.
The townhome features an open concept main level featuring an updated galley kitchen with granite countertops, full refrigerator, and all the cooking your utensils you will need to make yourself feel at home! All the furniture is new as of late 2014. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with flat screen TV and each has a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. Washer and dryer are located on the upper level. The living room features a large flat screen TV and large sectional with a full-sized pull out bed.
Everything you need to make your vacation memorable is within walking distance: the golf course club house for both courses, grocery store, shopping at the Queen’s Market Place and King’s Shops, numerous restaurants, historic petroglyphs on the King’s Trail, and the ocean! A 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the very popular A-bay for swimming, snorkeling, walking and watching the occasional green sea turtle sunning itself!
Or rent a car and this becomes the ideal place to base your exploration of the Big Island! Your rental car will have its own parking space. Sample championship golf outside the Resort. Drive up the Kohala Coast through beautiful lava fields and ranch land to the north shore for whale watching from the shore and shopping in quaint towns like Hawi. Take Saddle Road to the other side of the island to Hilo and explore breath-taking waterfalls, Old Hilo, Hilo Bay, Kilauea volcano, Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut visitor center. Be sure to visit Kailua-Kona’s big box shops (Target, Walmart, Costco…) and restaurants along the bay. Venture south from Kailua-Kona and visit the Painted Church, the Place of Refuge and South Pointe. You can charter deep sea fishing and whale watching, from December to May usually. Don’t forget to snorkel, snuba, scuba or even take a submarine ride. Helicopter excursions take off from just outside the Waikoloa Beach Resort area.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located on the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
