I am a local university professor, but I travel often and in 2017-2018 I am on leave for much of the time. I purchased this home last year and have done a lot of work on it: the bathroom is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful, the paint throughout is all fresh white and I've kept the space minimalist and modern. The furnishings are all brand new. I just finished the basement: you will find a charming, large and modern laundry room down there. There is a back garden with table and chairs for summer dining outside.

I'm always available on email, and sometimes I'll be there to hand off keys. If not, I'll send instructions on how to access keys before arriving.
Please remove all garbage, perishable food and beverages brought into the home upon departure. Please wash any dishes used. Used linens can either be washed or left near the washing machine in the basement.
Complimentary wi-fi connection and password will be provided at check-in time, along with additional information about enjoying the home not provided here.
Ensure noise is kept to a reasonable volume and be particularly quiet as of 11pm, as the house shares a wall with a wonderful neighbour.
Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when exiting the property, and follow instructions to be provided regarding the keys.
Please turn off any lights or appliances when not in use and ensure heating is set to "away" during summer months and before leaving the home.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
Important contact information will be provided at the time of check-in, as will information on obtaining keys and access.
Parking is not included. Free parking is available on the street subject to posted restrictions. You may be able to obtain a visitor's street parking pass, with no time restrictions, from City Hall at your cost. Investigating a parking pass is the responsibility of guests.
Any applicable fines/ towing fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Follow the posted parking information and investigate any questions with City Hall.
Daily housekeeping service is not included in your rental rate. You are responsible for daily housekeeping and generally leaving the property as you found it.
Please keep property and all furnishings in good order.
The unit is privately owned. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the property. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
