Large double room in beautiful Andalucían villa with traditional internal courtyard in the heart of Bohemian Seville. Kitchen, living room and bathroom shared with me, a professional but fun-loving 42 year old ex-Londoner.
The apartment is my home so it's very comfortable and cosy. It's perfectly central, walking distance from all main tourist attractions and a few mins stroll to Alameda and countless tapas bars and cafes.
I welcome all guests regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation.
A lovely, spacious (75m2) 2 bedroom apartment with high ceilings, in a traditional old converted Andalusian villa in the hip and bohemian neighbourhood of Feria, in the "Casco Antiguo" (old town). I live in the flat so it is filled with home comforts which I enjoy sharing with my guests. The apartment has a kind of balcony overlooking the house's central, internal patio where you can lean on the railings with a coffee (or a glass of wine!) and enjoy the sounds of flamenco music and local Andalucian life throughout the day. The bedrooms face into an abandoned factory so it's perfectly quiet at night.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests will be sharing the entire apartment with me which means full access to my well-equipped kitchen (I love to cook!), the living / dining room and a large bathroom.
The apartment overlooks the internal courtyard via a balcony with its original, wooden-framed, glass double doors where you can lean on the railings soaking up the atmosphere of Andalucia with a cup of my freshly brewed coffee in the morning, or a cheeky glass of something a little later!
Échanges avec les voyageurs
I work part time as a guide for a company that provides food tours around Seville, so I am often around to chat, share a coffee, glass of wine, or even have dinner, and offer advice on the neighbourhood and getting around Seville. However, if you prefer to spend time quietly in your room when you're not exploring the city, I'm not in the least offended :-)
Bed linen and towels are provided as well as a few toiletries. You're welcome to help yourself to tea and coffee in the kitchen and there is a decent supermarket just round the corner from the apartment where you can buy anything else you may need for your stay.
I will provide you with your own set of keys so you can come and go as you please throughout the day. If these keys are lost, there will be a charge of 15 euros to replace them. Please note that this is my home, so unknown visitors are not welcome. However, if you would like to invite a friend over during your stay, please ask me in advance. Please keep the kitchen, bathroom and any other shared areas as clean and tidy as you find them. Other than that, welcome, and please make yourselves at home :-)
Hi! My name is Miranda and I'm an ex-BBC techie who's been living and working in the beautiful city of Seville for nearly 2 years. Originally a Londoner, I also spent 3 and a half years living and teaching English in Cartagena, Colombia, as well as being an AirBnb host, an experience I absolutely loved.
I spent many years in the UK dancing and teaching salsa (and of course, danced my socks off in Colombia!) so I'm very much enjoying getting to know a little more about the music of Andalucia!
I look forward to meeting you!
