When you visit this nice loft, you can fully appreciate the beauty of St.-Petersburg.
Huge windows face LENFILM - the oldest film studio in Russia, a television tower and the greatest mosque of Russia. All these cultural monuments of Petersburg are directly in front of your eyes.
Huge opening windows, lots of fresh air, intimate light sources and white painted brick walls with some metal structures of the old building left unpainted create a really cozy, art studio-like atmosphere.
The apartment is located in the historical center of Saint-Petersburg.
One of the main advantages is that the building is situated in a quite side of the street so you won’t be disturbed by the streets noise at any time of the day regardless of the fact of staying in the one of the busiest place of the city.
Even though the apartment has one room (50 Sq.m) it is very spacious and is a perfect place for a couple to stay but would easily provide enough room for three/four/five persons.
The full set of bedclothes, blankets and towels will be available for every visitor. In loft there are all conveniences, the modern shower, the open kitchen, four beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything one may need for cooking and storing food. Guests will be provided with tea, coffee and traditional old Russian snacks for a breakfast ("Sushky” with “mak”= poppy) on arrival.
Bathroom allows you taking shower anytime you want due to the fact that apartment is supplied with hot water 365 days a year. Visitor will be provided with shower gel, shampoo.
Internet via Wi-Fi.
Nearby (100м) there is one of the oldest country markets of Petersburg - Nourishing ("Sytny"), where you can buy organic vegetables, fruit, milk, meat, cottage cheese...
The nearest undeground station Gorkovskaya is 3-5 minutes away on foot.
Our loft ist approximatly one kilometre away from the Peter and Paul Fortress, the heart of Sankt-Petersburg! It's also only one metro station away form the Hermitage and Russian museum.
Absolutely beside, on foot only 5 minutes are a unique place. It is the native land of Russian fate, a place of work of the leader of the well-known group KINO - Victor Tsoy. This boiler room (street Blohina 15) is now transformed into a museum-club "Kamchatka" in which Petersburg's rock-groups act and there it is possible to have a rest and listen to music well.
Other interesting places which should be seen in our area, I shall note on the guidebook.
Looking forward to receive nice, polite people as guests.
