The minute you step through the door and see the views, you'll say, "Wow!". The dining area has a white high gloss round table and 4 chairs. The living room has an L-shaped white sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views, and when you're tired of the views, enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

The bedroom with comfortable King bed and flat-screen TV has a full wall of windows with endless west-facing views.

The property amenities, include: pool, poolside cabanas with views, spa/hot tub/sauna, outdoor fireplace, two gyms, billiards, yoga classes, wine cellar and tasting room, conference room, private screening room, business center, 24-hour valet parking, and so much more. I was able to book this place for 2 weeks in a row. What more can I say? The place is awesome, near everything, and check-in was seamless. If you're ever in Downtown Los Angeles, do yourself a favor and book with Cheryl.

We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl's airbnb in Downtown LA. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with first-rate amenities in the building that guests can enjoy. The free garage parking especially comes handy for Los Angeles! The perfect downtown location is steps away from some of the best restaurants in town, and walking distance to the Broad, MOCA, and Walt Disney Concert Hall. The check in and check out processes were smooth, and the staff are friendly. Five Stars!!!

Really high end luxury apartment, super clean and nicely furnished with amazing views and access to a rooftop pool and fitness club. Cheryl  was awesome, she showed us around the entire complex and kept us informed on the best places to eat and shop. I would definitely recommend this place.

Sehr netter Empfang , gute Einweisung und Rundgang durchs Gebäude. Sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und unkompliziert. Wunderschönes Apartment , modern eingerichtet mit traumhafter Aussicht auf Downtown . Im tower befindet sich alles, was das Herz begehrt, tolles Fitnessstudio, Pool mit schönem Aussenbereich, sogar Grillmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Auch der Empfang ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt sogar Kaffee kostenlos an 2 Standpunkten . Es war sehr schön dort, wir haben jede Minute genossen und werden bestimmt nochmal dort Urlaub machen!!!

Cheryl was a great host! Anytime I needed to contact her, prior to the trip or during the duration of the trip, she was accessible. She also had an itinerary present at the location with tons of suggestions for stuff to do. The only issue we had for our trip was that the jacuzzi and pool were down. Though, in light of this, we were granted access to another pool on another premises. We stayed for 5 days and the pool/jacuzzi were down for 3 of them.

Check in arranged their greeter. Greeter on time and very helpful. Unit has secure access and parking. It was clean, well appointed and with wonderful view. Restaurants (good sushi, Italian and mediteranian) and coffee shops are walking distance. Ralph's is easily accessible for groceries or toiletries. Staples and convention centers are easy walk 5-10 min. Pool was in repair during my stay so I can't comment. I'd stay here again, if I need a space in DTLA.
