PLEASE NOTE KEYS ARE COLLECTED OFF-SITE AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION 5 MINUTES DRIVE OR 15 MINUTES WALK FROM THE PROPERTY.

We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.

We have little interaction with guests after they are checked in, but we do like to meet our guests when we can, so occasionally we do drop by to say hi ;-).
Our 24 Key Access Safe is located just 5 minutes drive from the apartments, so you never have to be stuck waiting for someone to let you in, but if you do have any issues at all, we are available until 11pm via phone for any emergencies that may arise.
Same day bookings can only be made before 11am CST. Rate accommodates up to 2 adults. Extra persons are charged at $10 extra per person per night. Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.
The apartments are serviced weekly on stays over 9+ nights.
The light switch for the main light above the table and chairs, is located on inside the front door frame on the right, but it is a little hard to see because it is exceptionally lower than you would expect and just hidden by the curtains.
***If you require use of the sofa bed please advise us at least a few days prior to your arrival so we can arrange for the bedding to be available for you. We only set this up upon request.***
(a)Guests and Visitors must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the Manager and Security Services during their stay; and
(b)Guests must notify the Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as practicable.
2.Noise and Residential Amenity
(a)Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm-8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy;
(b)Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond under the Terms and Conditions; and
(c)Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact on the residential amenity of neighbours and the local community.
(a)Guests are responsible for ensuring Visitor numbers do not exceed 2 persons and this must be complied with at all times; and
(b)Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with these house rules
4.Gatherings or Functions
(a)The property is not a “party house" and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
(b)Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all other requirements.
(a)Guests and Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles; and
(b)Parking arrangements on the Property are as follows:
GUESTS: strictly one vehicle per apartment – limited trailer space by pre-arrangement
BUS PARK: located in area near driveway entrance on southern side of swimming pool.
VISITORS: sorry, street parking only. No onsite parking.
6.Swimming Pool/Spa/Junior Playground
(a)The swimming pool/spa must not be used between the hours of 10pm and 8:30am. No glassware is permitted in these areas.
(b)No unattended children without Adult Supervision.
(a)No washing/towels/etc in these areas
NO SMOKING is permitted INSIDE or around the apartments.
Pets are not permitted in this apartment.
10. Damages and Breakages
Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Manager asap.
11. On Departure Arrangements
Keys to be returned to our office by 10am or for early departures, leave keys in letter slot (sea side of office). A charge of $190 will apply for replacement of Lock & keys if apartment keys are not returned on departure, either to the Manager's Office (9 a.m.- 12 a.m.) or through the letterbox slot on the western side (sea side) window of the Manager's Office (ground floor) if the office is closed.
12.Emergency Contact and Lock Outs
In the event of an emergency relating to the Property, please teleph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) ALL HOURS. Callouts of maintenance staff outside of our normal office hours for a lock out will incur a $150.00 fee, payable at the time either by credit card or cash.
(a)Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy.
(b)The owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.
