We have a luxurious & stylish family-friendly 1350 sq ft townhouse with an open concept kitchen, living, dining room, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms located in downtown Toronto's hip Leslieville neighbourhood.
The main level is a 650 sq open concept area with balcony overlooking Boston Avenue - a dining table for 4, a well-stocked kitchen with a stove, microwave, dish washer, and a 10ft island with seating for six. The living room has a 52 sq inch HDTV and PVR (we have cable TV with HBO and movie network) and seating for 5.
On the lower level is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with deep-soaker tub. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and a hdtv with cable connection. A fifth guest may sleep on the sofa in the living room or we have a queen inflatable mattress available. On the lower level is a second full bathroom with a washer and dryer. As well there is a well-stocked linen closet with additional blankets, sheets, iron and ironing board.
On the level lower off the master bedroom is a 300 sq foot terrace with built in Gas line BBQ, a dining table for 8.
We have central heating and central air conditioning. We have high speed, wireless WiFi internet if you'd like to bring your own computer.
We have an underground parking in the spot Printing Factory loft complex that the townhouses are connected to.
We will be available by email, text, mobile phone and we will also have a local contact available during your stay to assist with any issues that cannot be resolved by email or text.
The property is located in Leslieville, full of great restaurants and famous for great farmer's market, coffee shops, art galleries, eclectic antique and clothing shops. Many,many highly rated restaurants within minutes of the townhouse including: Lil' Bacci, Ruby Watchco (Lynn Crawford), Enotca Ascari, Goods & Provisions, Table 17, Bonjour Brioche, Lady Madmalade, Aft, Boots and Bourbon, and Leslieville Pumps, more.
10 minutes further East will take you to the beautiful Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto, or 10 minutes north the Danforth Neighbourhood with many international restaurants, 12 minutes to Eaton Centre downtown.

Short walk North to the Gerrard Streetcar line (which turns into Carleton/College line to University of Toronto / Little Italy / Ossington). Bus stop literally at your door: 72 route which takes you North to the Pape subway station, or southwest to Union Station in downtown Toronto.
