This unit is 1246 square feet with two bedrooms and a large loft. The downstairs master bedroom and guest bedroom have king beds and TV’s. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and there is a second downstairs bathroom with a shower. The loft has a queen bed and a bathroom with shower. Both the dining room table and lanai table seat six. Ceiling fans are in every room, including the kitchen and two of the bathrooms. An air conditioning unit is in the guest bedroom and in the living room.
The spacious 234 square foot lanai overlooks the 18th fairway of the Kona Country Club Ocean Course. The 18th green and the 10th tee are fully visible. The ocean view is 180 degrees and includes Keauhou Bay. The lanai faces west for an always spectacular sunset. Look for the green flash!
Private and quiet but well located. Easy walk to Keauhou Shopping Center with a supermarket, shops and dining including island favorite, Sam Choy’s. A half mile walk takes you to Kahaluu Beach Park, a terrific snorkeling bay with colorful fish and sea turtles. Even closer is historic Keauhou Harbor, the birth place of Hawaii’s longest reigning monarch, Kamehameha III. This condo includes six beach towels and a cooler for guest use.
Located on Ali’i Drive it offers a leisurely coastal drive directly into Kailua-Kona village. In a hurry, Kamehameha III Road jumps right into state highway 11 for a trip to Costco, Walmart or access around the island.
Amenities include your own private propane gas BBQ on the lanai. There are only 116 units in the complex but there are three pools and two tennis courts and one is also setup for pickle-ball. Each bedroom has a clock/radio. This unit has its own washer and dryer. The telephone has free local and long distance to the US mainland, Canada and the other Hawaiian Islands. The living room has a large screen TV. Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided.
The newly remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and modern appliances with a dishwasher. There are 12 place settings and all the usual kitchen equipment, pots, pans and serving dishes you have at home.
Rosemary, one of the owners, is certainly the princess of our group. So in her honor we selected Pineapple Princess Palace as the name. Pineapple Princess is from back in the day with Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon. A popular record, it symbolizes the fun and lifestyle of the Hawaiian beach coupled with an island romance. With Hawaii being on Lava Time™, we hope you will slow down too, enjoy life on the beach and in the water while spending some hot time with that special loved one.

This is a non-smoking and no pets’ property. There is no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. There is a designated smoking area near the main entrance. Please note there is 7 night minimum, 10 during Christmas and Ironman season.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
