Accès des voyageurs
Living room
Dining room
Private bedroom with queen bed.
Private bathroom connected to bedroom.
Fireplace in bedroom.
Bathroom has modern shower, sink, auxiliary heater, no tub.
Smart tv in your room with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon and other programming available. Some may require you to login from your account.

Your private bedroom is on the second floor. The original staircase is a bit winding with somewhat narrower and steeper stairs than are customary in more modern homes. Those with mobility issues might find these stairs less than ideal.

Autres points à prendre en note
We are happy to print your boarding pass or other small volume requests, as needed.

Please know that the staircase that leads to the 2nd floor, where your room is, is the classic somewhat winding, steep type. Coming with large luggage? Don't despair! We will gladly get them to your room with ease! However, guests with mobility issues might find the staircase to be less than ideal.

Your room includes a smart TV through which you can enjoy Netflix, Facebook, Amazon Video, etc. through your accounts.

Around the corner from our house is our shop, MOONDANCE ART & GIFTS (and holistic apothecary). Guests receive 10% off their purchases. (Some exclusions apply.)

We fell in love with Maine during a short trip in 2014. Midcoast Maine's has a special blend of natural beauty with the ocean, forests, mountains and more all nearby. After 20 years as an oil broker, Andrew quickly agreed with Gina (and the state motto) that this "The Way Life Should Be." We soon found our dream house. It was actually on Gina's birthday in 2015 and then, on my birthday that May, we closed the deal. Discovering that the Midcoast not only offers an abundance of beauty but also of opportunities for artists, we are also marketing Gina's art from our home and soon-to-open mini-gallery. Gina specializes in creating true, one-of-a-kind, modern, porcelain, ball jointed dolls, all by hand. Andrew and Gina have traveled extensively (India, Brazil, Denmark, Canada, Australia, France, Holland, Ireland and last but certainly not least, Scotland.) We welcome you into our peaceful, historic home, where you'll find very comfortable surroundings, good books, good food, good conversation (if desired) and good people. We offer our guests nearly, if not total access to a charming large living room, a dining room with the original 19th century cooking fireplace, and a private staircase to your 2nd floor comfy bedroom, which has a modern attached bathroom. Breakfasts are a treat with a variety of healthy and fulfilling offerings. Vegetarians and vegans won't be disappointed! Come, be one of our guests and discover how sincere we are in making sure you are supremely comfortable and happy! Feel free to contact us with any questions!
