Orchardlea has been established to provide a country retreat for those people looking to make it their place in the country. It is designed to provide repeated visits to the property throughout the year. Its as close as you can get to owning a place in the country without the capital outlay, management, maintenance and or running costs. Initial trial visits are welcome with a view to regular returns.
Orchardlea is set in a peaceful village and regular guests are welcome to live in peace with the surroundings. It is not designed as a party house and loud music from the home and or garden is not welcome. Pets are considered on an individual basis but restricted to the kitchen and sunroom area. There is no smoking inside the property and whilst smokers may smoke within the grounds they are expected to ensure there is no trace of their smoking activity to be left behind for others to clear up.
