Our place is close to public transportation, Downtown Denver, Boulder and the airport. You’ll love our place because of the quiet neighborhood . Our house is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
We are located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Our house is on a cul-de-sac right across the street from a public library.
My wife and I are working professionals, and as such, we are not looking for people who want to stay up late partying.
Our house is unique because it offers off-street parking, keyless entry, parking for campers and trailers. The accommodations are located in our finished basement.

Guests will have access to a bedroom, living space and private bathroom.

We won't be available during the day very often, however we should be able to respond via text periodically between 9am and 4pm. We will of course be available after work.
We are non-smokers, and as such, do not allow people to smoke indoors. However, we have no problem with people going outside in our backyard to smoke.
Also, we do not allow pets of any kind and this includes pets in cages and any other storage devices.
2 guest maximum allowed. We do not allow extra guests.
There is no kitchen access, however we do provide a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker and disposable dishes and utensils.

My wife and I are bought a house in May of 2015. It's taken us a little while to get settled in. However, we are excited to start hosting on AirBnB.
In our free time, we love to dine out, go to the movies, travel and see live shows.
