From the moment you walk through the sculptured gate, into the private, tropically landscaped pool and hot tub area, the sound of the stream and waterfalls floods your senses. Stepping through the double front doors, the indoor/outdoor floor plan says “rest and relaxation”. Immediately you are drawn through the opened bi-fold doors onto the large covered lanai, and the ocean view captures your attention.

In addition to the pool and Jacuzzi in the gated front yard, on the main level you will find the living room and sitting room area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking, serving and tableware that you could ever want, along with the appliances you would expect, and some that just make life a little more fun – home made ice cream anyone? A great feature of the home is the very large, covered lanai with its living and dining areas where you can watch the famous Kona sunsets, breaching whales in the winter, and para-sailers all year long. The house is close enough to the water that you can hear large surf in the early morning (along with the delighted surfers’ yells), and will lull you to sleep at night. Also on the main level is the romantic and spacious Master Bedroom with hand-carved Indonesian furnishings including a four post Queen size bed, flat screen TV, with Blu-Ray DVD player, skylight, two closets (one is walk-in) and a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and another skylight. As well, there are two additional bedrooms (one with a Queen size bed, the other with two Twin beds and a lofted twin bed futon sleeping area) and second newly remodeled bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with Queen bed. The fifth air-conditioned bedroom doubles as a large game and family room with flat screen TV, high-top game table and pull out Queen size hide-a-bed (the mattress is a very comfortable 10” thick – combination coil mattress and inflatable mattress – inflates in just 30 seconds!). This family room also has a sliding glass door with access to the back yard lawn area. The lower level also has the third newly remodeled bath and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Ceiling fans in every bedroom and living area help carry the already cooling breezes from the ocean. To provide additional cooling when needed, each bedroom comes equipped with an oscillating raised fan. A wall-mounted air conditioning unit is in the downstairs family room.
Beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, are waiting for you in the large 2 car garage (with garage door opener, of course).

You have access to the entire home, and you will be able to park one vehicle in the garage.
This is in a private residential neighborhood. You are close to neighbors and you will be required to adhere to quiet times of 9:00 pm to 8:00am. People in Hawaii usually sleep with their windows open to take advantage of the ocean breezes, so quiet times are a sign of respect for your neighbors.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
